Very friendly service extremely busy store. But you can't beat $15 jeans.

Extremely more children's clothes perhaps because of back-to-school time period..
Seems like they would have a Star wars shirt for an actual adult instead of all just children??

I got some slippers for christmas that were too big for me, so I went here to exchange them. Even though the slippers were purchased online, we completed the exchange hassle free and they were very friendly. I have bought clothing at Old Navy in the past and I've always been happy with them. I look forward to shopping here again in the future.

Great selection, affordable, and everything was clean and neat.

This is the closest Old Navy to me, but for the most part I can always find what I need. Normally a good selection of clothes and clearance. Always friendly employees. My one main complaint is this store not teaching the employees to be looking out for the customer when gaining Super Cash. Twice now I've been less than 50 cents from getting a coupon for Super Cash and they didn't bother telling me. This is when you teach your employees to upsell. Good for the customer, good for the business, essentially brings customers back in at a later time. The one time I refunded everything and grabbed a bag of candy because it was the second time during that time frame. Once they fix that everything will be great.

Good clearance for my granddaughter, the worker doing her job asked me if I needed help with anything and at check out the ladies moved fast at checking us out, it was a long line but only took about 3 minutes to wait loved it

Loved it! Cleaned, well organized and the staff was amazing! They all know the sales well and are amazing about answering questions. I might need to stay away so I don't buy more than I have to 😂

Very visible from the main street good clothes and shoes must have over 225 for at least 10 to 15 toddler outfits about 2 pairs of sandals one or two cute shoes socks and undies great deals just cant expect to Come cheap on good quality
clothing. must shop when it says Sales or half off

Went here ay 8pm not knowing they closed at 8pm and they still let us in and we got what we needed. Very kind, helpful and patient.

Best Walmart I've been in and I don't do Walmart often. The greeter and Security guard very courteous and the service woman at customer service very courteous and efficient.

My favourite Old Navy location in STL. The clearance section is larger than those of other Old Navys and always well organised. The staff is friendly as well
