This place was a life saver when I blew my back tire in downtown Lee's Summit. They were super friendly, super fast, super professional!

This is a great bike shop had my Diamondback worked on there and purchased a new bike. They are great to work with and a good selection of bikes I have a new Cannondale love the bike it was setup perfect.

Amazing place. The guys in there are super helpful and very friendly. I brought in two bikes for busted tires. One front and one back. They had me out the door in under 20 minutes. I also noticed when I got home that the brakes are mysteriously working so much better. Thanks guys for such amazing service!

Every time i bring my bikes up they always have amazing prices, quality work, and friendly staff. This is my home bike shop for sure!

Extremely friendly and efficient. They repaired my bike the same day and the cost was very reasonable. It was a much better experience than I have had at other bike shops in town.

I was given outstanding customer service at this store. I brought a bike with a flat tire in and they fixed me up in lickity split, with new air and some other free items. I opted for a no cost fix, and they even tightened up my handle bars and measured and reset my seat to ensure a more comfortable ride. All for FREE! You can't find customer service like this store provides. I will support this store when I need to purchase items or need another service.

I worked with the owner (I can’t remember his name) and Phil at the lees summit location to try to get a bike for my new foster child. They worked with us on the price and allowed us to put the bike on lay-a-way so we could teach a lesson on how money works. Phil takes the time to talk to him and get him excited about paying his bike off each time we go in to make a payment

A great group of people to do business with. I will never purchase a bike from any other company.

I've been all over town (and the internet) looking for a bike that will fit my 6'5" frame. Walked into here hoping to find something that fit, with a secondary goal of it being $500 or less. (I won't be competing in any triathlons soon, just want to cruise around town with the family)

The two guys were friendly and knew my problem. They brought out a fantastic bike (21" frame, thank goodness!), and it was only $450! After I agreed to buy it, they inspected every single bolt, and told me to bring it back after 10 hours of riding or a month to get all the things re-tightened.

I'm excited to come back!

Editing to add that we did come back after my wife's target bike fell apart on its first day. The owner greeted us warmly and helped her find the perfect bike for her. Our young kids didn't bother him (or the other employee) at all.

The guys at Bike America in Lee's Summit are amazing! They assembled my daughters trike that I had ordered online from Amazon. After discovering the seller sent the wrong bike they helped get the correct parts. My daughter just finished treatment for brain cancer and was so excited for this trike. They are super friendly and always willing to help.

Phenomenal customer service!!! I brought my bike in for some much needed TLC and they were able to bring it back to 100% in just 2 days. Any random question I had, they were prepared and ready to meet my needs. Can't say enough good things about this crew!

This place delivers extra customer service. If you are interested in purchasing a mountain bike, they are definitely willing to help. I came in and looked at a Niner Air 9 for a few months. Ultimately, I didn't end up purchasing it because of my own circumstances, but I did purchase some gear. Every time I came in, I was greeted with a smile and recognized. One of the best shops in the metro area. And the staff get to know you!

This is probably my favorite shop in the area. I bought a bike from them years ago and had a great experience. Just recently picked up a bike but was unable to purchase through them as it is a brand they don't carry. Got into some maintenance I was having trouble with and gave them a call. Not only did Kevin chat with me on the phone trying to help but I was able to bring it up to him so he could get eyes on it. He was able to identify the issue in under 5min.

Been going to Bike America for six years. Bought my first "pro" bike here. Every time I go in I'm greeted well and helped with anything I need. If you are a first time bike shop buyer don't be intimidated. Walk in, go up to one of these guys and they will answer all your questions, get the right bike for you and maintain your bike well.

While on a ride, I needed a part and some air for my tubes. I went in, discussed the issues I was having with the people working, who offered their expertise, topped off my air, and gave me the part I needed at no charge (a cheap part, but still). Very friendly and knowledgeable.

You can't find a better group of guys, they are friendly and very helpful and their knowledge about everything bikes is off the charts. They are extremely fair and honest and a great asset for downtown Lee's Summit.

My go to bike store. The staff is so helpful. I prefer to shop local so I love supporting them. I bought a bike here a few years ago and they have given me free tune ups since.
