Came in here after losing my inhaler st St.Lukes, the pharmacy got my prescription transfered over quickly and saved me from a trip to the hospital for an asthma attack. Great people!

The pharmacist, Jennifer H, was very helpful when I received my new shingles vaccine. I called ahead of time and she had all my paperwork ready for me. She told me that there was no copay under my Cigna insurance plan. She gave me an appointment sheet for my second vaccine. Since I am diabetic, she informed me that it was recommended that I receive my pneumonia vaccine also. This I had not been told before, even by my doctor. She always is very helpful with any questions I have about my pharmaceuticals. If there is ever a problem with my insurance, she is always willing to call my doctor for refills if needed.

This is my go-to pharmacy. I love the attention and time taken with me as a patient.

Oddly enough, there is another person with my same name in our small little city. We use the same pharmacy on SW Ward in Lee's Summit. Jennifer Heisel, the lead pharmacist, made sure to note my file in order to avoid any medical errors. The staff asks me several questions every time I get my prescription, to ensure they have the correct person before dispensing any scripts.

The quality here is superior to any other Walgreens I have visited!

I get all my prescription from Walgreens. The pharmacist Jennifer Heisel is the most helpful pharmacist I have ever had. She answers all my questions and the service there is extremely fast. I never have to wait for my prescription or vaccinations from Jennifer Heisel. I highly recommend using this store for prompt service and knowledgeable staff.

I love Walgreens at 3rd & Ward. They have the best pharmacist(s) there!! Jennifer Heisel goes out of her way to help. When insurance is being stubborn she will call for me & get it taken care of!! She has gone above & beyond many many times even when she was super busy!!

My daughter needed Tamiflu a few days ago, the dr called it in. It was ready when I got there. The Pharmacist Jennifer Heisel explained to me how to use it, possible side effects, etc.
I was super pleased with the pharmacy service, especially the pharmacist Jennifer H being so quick with the meds. I felt like she answered all the questions I had, was polite, and the service was FAST! Very pleased with this pharmacy.

Pharmicist Jennifer Heisel was excellent. Great customer service and no waiting for the shingles vaccine. I always use Walgreens for prescriptions.

It’s clean and well lit. Everything looked to be in stock, no noticeable holes on the shelves. Staff was attentive and helpful. The cashier made sure to hand me all of my printed coupons. Will return.
