James and Vanessa are amazing! I visit this beauty supply location seeking hair for my moms 50th birthday and they were very kind and gave great assistance! The prices were reasonable and they had everything I was looking for! When I told him it was my mom’s birthday he kindly told her happy birthday and gave her 10% off our bill! I would for sure come back and recommend this beauty supply store!

This awesome black owned store been going here since I was a little girl and I didn't know that it was the blankenship off of 31st and prospect and I'm sure y'all probably can remember that They had a beauty store front in the shopping centers of 31st and Linwood then they disappeared. Guess what they are now in Lee's Summit they have been there for 4 to 5 years I believe. So come support them and help grow their business. This is a powerful beautiful thing for us to support one another. Their prices are the lowest. The storefront is clean and neat and I got one-on-one customer service. Anybody that came in there got some help and left happy. Believe me they have clothes in there. They have wigs in there. They have everything and I'm going to tell you they are better than most of these hair beauty stores around. 💯

I can't even imagine shopping anywhere else. Very personable staff. They know their products and will provide suggestions even if the product is the lowest price product in the line. They help you save money don't try to sell you an overpriced product. I'm in here every week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. They will also price match, so I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. They will beat any price. Yes, this is black owned.

I love this place! The owners are so friendly! They offer you water and candy, all while giving you space to enjoy your experience. No following you around or constantly asking if you need help. If they don't have what you need, they will order it to make sure it's there next time. I will definitely be a returning customer!

AMAZING!! I stopped by this past weekend to get a few items. The store was super neat, clean, and organized!! I needed help and the store associate was friendly and super knowledgeable about the products that I needed. This location is quite a drive from Blue Springs but I plan on returning for all of my hair care needs!

This is the 4th time shopping here and it has always been a very pleasant experience. This time my purchase was costing a bit more than I normally pay at other similar locations. I guess he saw the look in my eyes and asked what I normally paid for the product. I told him and without any proof he matched the price. That's what I call over the top customer service. I had the best experience at Your Beauty and I just have to share. I'm currently navigating through some issues with my hair and when I heard Your Beauty was black-owned and saw how Mrs. Vanessa worked with a few ladies at a recent benefit I attended, I said I had to visit this business. Well, I'm hooked!! I visited the store on a Saturday and I must say the owners are the nicest and most helpful couple I've ever met. Mrs. Vanessa took the time and allow me to try on as many wigs as I wanted. She and her husband also, gave me their honest opinion on how I looked in each wig. It didnt at all feel like they were just saying things just to get me to buy something and I also ft liked they cared about how I felt about how I looked which, says a lot about them as people. I won't tell you how many wigs I purchased but, what I will say is today when I finished getting dressed for church, I really liked how I felt and loved what I looked like. I haven't been able to say that too often over the last several months. I've definitely found my new place for hair products and wigs. I'll see you soon Mrs Vanessa!!

The owners are extremely friendly and very accommodating. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will try to get it for you. I don't like shopping for my hair products anywhere else but here now. I'm so glad I found them.
