CVS

CVS is my happy place, and here's why: I found what I needed quickly, price was clearly marked, no line at the self-checkout, it took all my coupons and I got a GREAT deal on an item I needed.

The Pharmacist was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She was very busy but took time to give excellent customer service. This is my new pharmacy because of her.

I have shopped in CVS store located at 621 SW 3rd Street in Lees Summit store several times recently.
I want to acknowledge Erica for her consistent customer service, kindness, and friendliness. Besides taking care of me with in-store purchases, she also helped me with returns for Amazon, since this is one of the drop off locations. She is busy bringing out merchandise to stock, assists customers, and checks in merchandise to send back to Amazon in a timely manner with ease and genuine kindness. It is such a pleasure to meet an employee working with such a great attitude in a world where there is a lot that someone could be concerned with. I hope CVS knows how amazing Erica is with the public. Thank you Erica for your customer service.

I was going through an insurance nightmare trying to get my son's prescription filled, and the staff was so kind, understanding, and helpful while I was in peak "anxious first time mom" mode (even though I know I was probably a huge annoyance). I truly appreciate their patience and knowledge.

The girls in the pharmacy are always so helpful and courteous.

This is my go to pharmacy and drug store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff tries very hard to get your orders filled quickly while you are waiting. I use the CVS app on my phone for super savings every time I shop there.

I followed this store from its previous location. Every person in this pharmacy has known my family by first name. The people have changed over the years. But the service and the people are great! Where else can I go to get the lowest prices?! Even beating my mail in prescription drug plan by $50! Now I spend $8!

I love this location. Never any insurance problems. They really advocate for customers & even try & find the best price possible with online coupons & discount cards. Pharmacists always answer questions promptly even when they are busy. Staff is friendly and location is super clean & conveniently located. I have been coming here for years & will continue to do so!

Pharmacist are nice, helpful, knowledgeable and in cases when needed problem solve from brand to generic of liquid to pill form suggested to save patients money. They are patient with the comfortably of making changes . Super helpful staff all round

Went to the store this week and the clerk Julie was excellent. She was so patient and accommodating. She needs a raise

Love the extra care bucks and store discounts. Friendly staff both up front and in the pharmacy. Never had any problems getting prescription filled. Will continue to use this location.

I’ve had consistently better experiences at cvs in the last year than I’ve had with Walgreens my whole life. A TON of rewards that add up quickly, and super nice staff. Consider me a convert!

The staff is very nice the store manager Shaun is the nicest guy I've met in a long time very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing to go to CVS.
