Sleep Number

Brian was amazing and welcomed us into the store, this was the start of our adventure with Sleep Number into a world of excellent customer service. Blake was the person that helped us with looking for a new bed and I could not have asked for a better experience. He took the to answer all the questions we had and even some that I didn't even think to ask. We found the right bed for our needs and even more benefits that were a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much for taking the time to guide us through this journey, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Garrett was very helpful. He asked us the situation we were needing a bed & when we told him it was for a vacation lake house, he didn't try to push the most expensive model. He wasn't pushy when we said we needed to think about it but did f/u with a note in the mail a wk. or 2 later.
When we went back to buy the bed he said he would be following up with us on the shipping etc. Appreciate his being thorough but not pushy.

Customer service was incredible. Did not pressure me to select any bed. Ì already knew what kind of bed I wanted, so they pointed me to the beds I selected. Austin helped me throughout the process. This store has a great team.

Tell Hymer was a great guy to work with. He was a very personable and informative. At no time did we ever feel pressured into anything. Which is what helped make the sale.

The bed adjust on each side to you. No other bed I found can do that. They actually find your sleep issues and give solutions. It is a bit pricey but it is worth it for sure. Ive had a sleep number bed for years, and bought a second one. They will actually last a long time with no holes or soft spots.

Service was good! We love our sleep number bed . Had for 21 years, decided it was time for upgrade. Looking forward to getting it and hopefully lasting as long

Great customer service! They aren't just after a sale. They want to make sure you are happy and that you get the perfect mattress to fit you.
