Joplin Dental Care

This place is absolutely incredible. I moved here from Atlanta, GA and selected this dentist based on the online reviews. The customer service is top notch! The front desk staff is friendly, efficient, and they all clearly love their job. The hygienists and the doctor are equally wonderful. I had to have a wisdom tooth removed and two fillings…I was in and out in under and hour with no pain. You can tell everyone is very skilled and they care about their patients. I love this place.

This was my initial visit with Joplin Dental Care. The front office girls were all happy and willing to make my first visit there a good experience. My hygienist, Kim, was so kind, professional and thorough. Dr. Hayes is one of the best Dentists I have seen in my 71 years. I'm so glad I found this wonderful dental practice.

My hygienist, Gracie, is excellent. She explains everything she’s gonna do before she does it. She handled an unexpected interruption graciously, and resumed her work without a hitch. The front desk is always so cheerful and helpful. I actually enjoyed my appointment!

I had broken off quite a large chip of my front tooth. I was so worried it couldn't be fixed. After leaving a message late Friday afternoon, the office called me back early Monday morning to schedule me for a work in appointment... Dr Hayes looked at it and was confident he could get it fixed. A few minutes later, I had a nice looking front tooth again that matched perfectly with my other teeth! Love his confidence and the office staff, assistants, hygienists are the sweetest ever. Highly recommend Joplin Dental Care..

JDC has the nicest staff and Dr H is the Best! They do everything they can to get you right in in an emergency situation and he will call after hours to check in on his patients to make sure they are doing well or if they need anything. My family will not go anywhere else!

Dr. Hayes does it right, I have had other dentists work fail on me very shortly after but his work is made to last and fairly priced for the value. Staff is very friendly as well, Highly recommend. I have not had any cavities or filling problems in the last few years since I got everything taken care of at Joplin Dental Care and honestly haven't changed my habits one bit 😂

Dr. Hayes is amazing last night I had to go to urgent care and today doctor got me in and did my extraction I felt no pain! I have more work to get done with him and look forward to being a long term patient.

I love going to Joplin Dental Care. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. DR Hayes is very good at what he does and he is so caring. And if your scared to go to the dentist, you won't be after you see Dr Hayes.

Wow! Wow! Wow! EVERYONE was absolutely fabulous at Joplin Dental Care! We had a 7:00 a.m. appointment…which was perfect for our busy sports schedule! Regardless of the hour, EVERYONE was vibrant and seemed genuinely excited to care for us! It was such a fabulous experience!

Amazing place with amazing people working there .iv hated going to dentists all my life but going here to Dr Hayes and his staff is like going to a friend's house to hang out ..iv never felt pain ever in the 5 6 years iv been going there.

Dr. Hayes is a real professional as my dentist. He is also empathetic, and willing to "work me in" in the case of having a problem. I love it that he has 7:00 a.m. appointments! His staff is superior in being kind, and always checking to see if I am comfortable during the procedure! The ladies at check out could not be more friendly, easy to work with, and so supportive!

My semi-annual teeth cleaning was this afternoon, and my hygienist was very friendly and professional. I got a good report in the health of my teeth. When I first got there, I had a headache, but I was so relaxed having my teeth cleaned that I left headache-free!!!!! 😃👍
