Casey's

I myself live very close to this location, I work near as well. All of the employees are extremely nice & very helpful. All of the times I’ve visited they been beyond amazing. I’ve grabbed breakfast several times, along with lunch. Casey’s at this location is 100%. Also, the thin crust pizza is the best & all of the employees take pride in their service. I’ll always be a patron of this location, all of the staff should get a raise.

I had to stop here last night because I was really tired, needed to stretch, and needed some coffee to get me home. The cashier was super nice and asked how I was doing. I said, "good, let's see if I don't die on my way home." I laughed but she looked concerned and said, "oh no, please dont..."
I have to write this review for her. I have not met a person at any gas station or place of business who showed legitimate concern while performing her job. Those simple 4 words are what helped me because it showed me there are more people in this world that care despite what kind of day they are having.
I did not catch her name but she was wearing really cool glasses and was working last night (9/16/23). Management needs to recognize this young lady for her willingness to do more than just her job.

Casey's is always a great quick stop place. Good snacks, always fresh doughnuts. Coffee is so good they have trouble keeping up with morning run on it. Breakfast pizzas are the best.

I love Casey's Pizza! Especially their "Breakfast Pizza!" Of course, all Casey's General Stores have pizza, but some of the many things I enjoy about this store, is their fast & friendly service, their LARGE variety of snacks, drinks, ect., and most Casey's General Stores are right around the corner from any residential neighborhood (yes, that's also the case with this particular store for myself).
They've never cooked/fixed my order wrong (as they have sub sandwiches too, which I sometimes order over the phone, if I'm in a hurry and just need to pick something besides pizza to go). Speaking of hurry: Wait times are as long as it takes to make/bake/or just put together your order. In 4 years, I've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes.
As for this store itself: It's always clean and organized... though, I haven't seen the bathrooms. For me personally, if bathrooms at gas station/convenience stores are not maintained, I rarely go back... for anything... even gasoline (but again, I live up the road from this store, so I have no need to visit their bathrooms.
On to the staff: I've seen faces come and go over the years, but several things I haven't seen disappear is polite manners as well as smiling faces, always willing to help out. Any staff member I've encountered at this store is genuine, and appears to actually enjoy their job.
In conclusion: I love having this A+ Casey's General Store just a few blocks from my home (and trust me, just because their may be many Casey's stores in this area... I've found none that come close to what this store offers, in all the areas mentioned above).
And for the last part of my review, which speaks volumes if this store is to maintain their loyal customers.
From the CEO, to the regional manager, to this particular store management team: Keep up all the great work you're passing down to each employee at the "Schifferdecker & 32nd Street" Casey's General Store in Joplin, MO! It compelled me to write one of the only reviews of my life.
So, to all that read this: A. sorry it's so long, and B. go order a breakfast pizza one Saturday morning (or any morning!) while filling up the gas tank, and you'll see, it's well worth the 5 stars I had to give! 😉

Awesome! Best casey's around! The management staff and crew go above and beyond their job duties! Great pizza and service, plus they're always doing something to help the community.

This Casey's probably has the freshest pizza out of every Casey's in the area. It's been good every time I've eaten here and fast as well.

Love being able to order online and come pick up in store. I work nights and they're open 24 hours so it's a great convenience !

I often stop here when I get off work at midnight, since that are open 24 hrs. I like their rewards program. I can earn points on purchases that can be put towards gas and other discounts.

I'm a employee there and not saying this because of that reason I have always been going there before. Sub.sandwishes are the best. Some of the employees are friendly and willing to help you with something

They are a great store to fuel up and grab a quick bite to eat from their kitchen.

This location is always clean, the staff is always friendly. This manager seems to be running a tight ship. Very well done
