I wanted to let y'all know that I just did a little shopping in your Joplin store and it's such an underrated gem here in town. I'm so glad to have it close by and not have to go to Webb City to do shopping and get such wonderful service. A gentleman by the name of Mark helped me out with testing a little light cable for part of my Christmas village helped us resolve the problem. Absolutely fantastic folks who know customer service! I really wish more people in Joplin would put some foot traffic in this store because it is absolutely fantastic.

Always helpful staff just as soon as you walk in. Ready to help you find what you need. Very good selection of items. It is slightly more expensive than the chain stores, BUT it is well worth it with great customer service. Do not forget to ask if they have something you don't see. They have storage outside and stock more things like bag concrete, and many more things concrete is what I needed at the time. They have a nice service counter in the back for cutting keys and other things.

These people are amazing, always willing to help. A shopper can get in and out very quickly.

I always have a great experience at Ace hardware. Everyone knows exactly where to direct me to help me find exactly what I need. Morgan was especially helpful today.

We went in for grilling supplies. We were met at the door with a helpful associate. We were able to find what we needed and received advice on using things. At the register, the associate helped me download the app and save $5 on my purchase.

These Henkles have it going on. Usually use the webb city store but so handy because you can take something back at either store..so so handy!!! Employees so helpful.

My favorite place for DIY projects. Staff is amazing, even when I'm trying to invent a solution to a problem and don't know exactly what I'm looking for, these people take a little time to understand what I'm trying to do and get me exactly what I need. Totally different experience than the big box stores, and completely worth paying a bit more, when you're treated like a VIP every time. Thank you guys!!

I love Henkle's in its newest location. It is easy in, easy out, off a major thoroughfare. It has useful & affordable merchandise - all the basics you can think of - as well as helpful, knowledgeable, & courteous staff. You're welcomed with a friendly greeting when you enter. If you can't find what you're looking for, someone is quickly there to help you. The brick & mortar itself is clean and meticulously arranged. I've shopped here several times since it 1st opened & never been disappointed.

Great hardware store! Wide variety of products from power tools to plants.

They didn't have what I needed this time around but most of the time they do. A Mom and Pop business that has more than the big box home improvement store. Pet friendly so bring your dog because they're loved and welcomed here. Also one of the few hardware stores that provides glass cutting and screen repair services anymore.

The moment you walk in the store they ask you if you need help with what you are looking for. They will take you there for what you are looking for or give you the best direction to get your stuff. When you get to the checkout they will ask you if you found everything you need, and ask if you have an awards card, if not they will ask you if you would like one. Nice friendly staff 👌 👍 😀. It is so convenient to shop there it will save you time and money.

Greeted at the door and asked how I can be helped is a wonderful way to start. Very clean and organized. Very easy to locate what you need even without the copious help available. Large selection of the basics with cool decorative and seasonal impulse items. Almost got a large glass honey bee bird feeder dish. Went for 1/2 gallon mason jars which are hard to find. They had a large in stock selection just not my size. Overall a really great neighborhood hardware store, reminds me if midway lumber on 32nd st. Go visit.

Very convenient, no need to walk a mile to each department and very prompt customer service. Will be checking here first before driving down Rangeline for sure.
