Everyone here is so so nice. All the ladies who work up front and the doctors assistants are so sweet and friendly. Dr. Cummings really makes you feel like he cares and wants to help you. I've never been to a doctor's office I like as much as this one. Great job to everyone who works there.

Love this place. If it was not for Dr Crawford back in 2005 , I would not have my husband now. Between me insisting rhat the emergence ydr calk him and $Dr Crawford insisting he get hospitzed sn Meyro heat group be call in. Early the next morning he had 5 bypass surgery.

Recently loss mt father which hit me hard and as the week hospice gat called in to the end him and stall show great support snd compasion.

We've been seeing these people for a couple years now, and I've never had a bad experience.

They have never failed my husband or me. They all are very personable and have always given us the best of care.

We are thrilled to have finally found a place that listens and cares...and TREATS things! THANK YOU!! Highly recommended...5 STARS!!

I'll be a client there for a long time. Due to the quality of care there, it will be a very long time.

I was very unhappy with this dr for numerous reasons mostly that i was forced to come in every mth to refill my pain medicine so my insurance could be billed.

If there was an option for negative 5 stars, that’s what they would have. Very very unprofessional dr office. Don’t recommend this to anyone

Currently this doctors office is rated 2.2...way to high. Horrible customer service, I have been hung up on while trying to figure out a bill. They told me they accepted my insurance and it turns out they do not. I am now stuck with the bill. Do not go here, take your business somewhere else. I am reporting to the BBB and contacting an attorney.. the front office gal should be fired.

Would not recommend! Doctor didn’t even let me talk. Ended up in the hospital the same day. If she would have actually paid more attention to what’s actually going on instead of making comments about my diet probably would have gotten a better understanding of what was going on with me.
I wouldn’t even do one star. No stars!
Do not go to this doctor if you have something serious going on.

I was going to see about swapping shifts so I could meet as a new patient, and after acknowledging they couldn’t make any exceptions, which is fine — before I could ask a follow up, got a dial tone.

This office should not still be open and should be investigated. Their billing practices are shady to say the least. Certain office staff run "favors" as well. Certain office staff will also call in orders for tests and procedures even when the doctor hasn't seen the patient for that issue.... Thousands of dollars spent because someone thought they were "qualified" .... Look at the other reviews, and ask your friends. NO ONE will advise you to go to this office. Ever. Save yourself and see an actual physicians office.

Negative 5 stars for this death trap they call a doctor's office. My mother goes here even though my sister and I beg her to go elsewhere. She is limited to options due to her insurance. A type of insurance should Never be indicative of how a patient is treated. My mother left this place in tears after her visit today. Tears! She needs help and these people refuse to help her, on top of making her come in Every month just for thyroid medication. Not to mention that she has crippling anxiety & they took her prescrition from her. I believe a lot of what is "practiced" here is FRUAD. I wish they would close it down. It is terrifying, the stories I hear after she leaves there. I don't know how any one person who works in this office sleeps at night.
I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy.
They do not provide quality patient care starting from the moment a patient walks in the door.
How do they stay open? I will never understand. I thought a doctor's office was supposed to help their patients.
Why will you not help her? Why?

It's nice if you want to wait all day to be seen.....I've changed doctors they don't know what they doing. I hghly suggest a big no for this place.

This "practice" is very unorganized! Dr. Hattie(?) Never introduced herself and was hurried in getting the visit over, spoke of sending two prescriptions to Walgreens, yet never did until I had to call the office about it. She ordered labs to be done...yet, never called to give results, I called two weeks later and they were all clueless.

Do you want to feel like more than a valid insurance card to your doctor? Then don't go to this place. I've been or had been going to Desoto Family Practice for 3 years too long. My doctor was never very personable nor did he ever remember who I was. Dont get me wrong, I understand they see alot of people but this place is all about pushing pills and making money. I travel alot for work and couldn't always see him on the 3 month rotation needed to refill my prescriptions. If I ever called for extension on my scripts, I was always told i had to come in first for a visit. Once i got in to see the doc i was told that he would never deny me of my scripts (of course im here now so they've gotten their money). These docs are a prime example of what a doctors office shouldn't feel like. Choose wisely. Choose another place if you don't want to walk around with bag full of pills, and empty pockets.

This place is a joke.. Stay away!!! Go literally anywhere else
