We had a storage unit with them for over a year! Had a great experience! Well lit and you can access your unit 24hours a day. The women that ran the office was wonderful! Highly recommend!

The storage units are clean and gated. The staff is wonderful and I am thankful to have our belongings stored there while we are in a transitional period in our lives.

Lori was great! She helped us upgrade our space to better accommodate the size RV we had and when a storm blew something off our rig she collected it to return to us. Safe and secure space.

Stephen Combs was absolutely terrific. He was friendly, helpful and even stayed late so that I could rent a unit right away. I was extremely happy with his service. Absolutely love Combs storage!! Very clean and secure units, and they’re open 24hours which is really coming in handy since I’m in the middle of a move! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and Lauri at the front desk has the best customer service! I gave her a call and she worked with me until I got the unit I needed!! Absolutely recommend :)

Steven was nice and helpful. We needed to go from a 10x30 to a 10x10. And he did explain the contract to me and even knew when I didn't understand and went into more detail. Plus since I've been with them for so long my payment went directly to my new storage unit with no money to exchange. You have 24 hours to get switch over or out so that was helpful in the long run. Friendly staff as well!

We had to store our RV for a month while we traveled home for my husband's infusion. Great experience. Location was safe and clean. Customer service was amazing (thanks Stephen) and the price was unbelievable!

I first rented from this location approximately 9 years ago. I returned because I liked the location but found out it was under different management. Stephen was very personable, friendly and explained every last detail. It was so easy to work with Stephen.

I am in the process of moving from one place to another, and I’m at that awkward point where I’m staying at a temporary place until I am moved into my permanent. The guys that helped me were friendly and made the signing and transaction really short and simple. Would definitely recommend because it is at a convenient place and the lot is really clean and looks like they recently just built the place

Having the new management company take over was the only reason I considered using this location again. Steven did a great job explaining everything and making us feel welcome. Price, location, and the cleanliness are agreat reason to use Extra Storage.

I can't say enough good things about Stephen Combs and his service. We had sold our home and had not found what we wanted in a new home so we needed a quality, security place to store our things. Stephen not only provided that but he was also able to offer us units next to one another so it made it much easier for us organize things. In my opinion it is a very secure location, always clean, and Stephen was always there when I needed assistance or a question answered. We have since found a home and moved our things out I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen Combs and Extra Space Storage to anyone.

Needed a last minute storage solution while I was moving. The staff called me right back after making a reservation online and got me fully taken care of within minutes of my arrival. When Covid hit, quickly I needed to adjust my life footprint. Combs had a few open units and when I got everything in, I still had stuff. Luckily they worked with me on a Saturday to get another unit to fit the remainder of my overflow. Since then, I’ve needed them after hours, needed to shuffle from the second unit to a third unit, I’ve been late (don't do that), but they worked with me within reason to get that resolved. I really can’t express enough that this place is the best place to store your belongings in time of need or simple overflow. They ROCK!

Llori was extremely helpful in getting us the best spot to park our new travel trailer. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They have a secure facility, with a coded gate entrance, and security cameras throughout the lot.

John Campisi, the Assistant Manager, warmly greeted me with a smile as I entered the office at 5:30 p.m., even though I was 30 minutes late getting there! He was professional in all aspects of our interaction. He clearly and thoroughly outlined the terms of the rental agreement, made sure I laid eyes on the rental until, and explained the gate procedures thoroughly, should I need to enter after business hours to retrieve items from my space. Well done, John! Keep up the great work and I’ll be sure to speak well if you and ExtraSpace Storage!

Very helpful staff. They made sure I was satisfied with the space for my camper before starting to process the lease. And a quick and efficient leasing process. All electronic. Was in and out in no time.
