We recently used Hopkins for a large office space flooring project. Nick brought out samples and created a layout that worked for our space that was a mixture of hard flooring and carpet. We had office furniture and filing cabinets that all needed to be moved to complete the install. I was blown away by the efficiency of the team that completed our project. They showed up on time and worked hard the entire time they were here. They were courteous to our staff and mindful of our workspace. I would highly recommend Hopkins.

We had a great experience with Hopkins Flooring. The selection was great. They have a good showroom with their products. Within one week, we had made our selection and had all measurements taken and had a quote that was half the cost of another store.
The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will buy from Hopkins again.

The entire staff was wonderful beginning with Nick in the showroom, Candy helping in the office to the installation crew. They were all
friendly, helpful and gave great advice. The crew did an excellent job with installation and our job was not easy. We had carpeted steps that wrapped around the steps and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Hopkins. I will definitely use them again.

First and foremost, Nick and Kellie who are the owners are awesome people! If you want great service from great people, then this is the place for you. Ofttimes people will run into bad service, not at this place. This business has been a mainstay in the business of flooring for decades and there's a reason for that. We're talking quality and excellent service which nowadays is hard to find. So if you need a new floor to walk on, calling on Hopkins Floor Co should be the only one's you should call on.

Overall experience was good. My wife went in, picked what she liked, called me and ordered. They were there within 2 weeks to install.

Simple job, just replaced the carpet on the steps, but they did a good job. All involved were courteous and professional.

Only knock would be throwing cigarettes in my yard when doing the job.

With that said, we will be back, soon, for our living area and bedrooms.

Nick and his team were great to work with. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge variety of products to meet your needs. The installers were respectul and tidy and did an excellent job. I love my new flooring!!!

We have worked with Hopkins many times. This time we had new flooring put in 2 bathrooms and a work room in the basement. We are very happy with the installers who did a great job and were very neat and personable. We're also very happy with the new flooring we chose. Would recommend Hopkins for flooring needs.

From the knowledgable sales people (JR was great) to their installers working cleanly, taking their time to do the job right and explain any questions we had, Hopkins was so great to work with. We love our new flooring.

Replaced shower in Master Bath. Hopkins salesman, Steve, did a great job making it handicapped accessible for us. Brian was meticulous in his work and was a gentleman in every way. We love our new shower. We went with Onyx walls clear glass doors. Love the look and maintenance is a breeze.

Hopkins Flooring just assisted us with a small remodel of our office. They provided excellent work, in a professional manner and it was greatly appreciated! If we even have flooring needs in the future, we will definitely contact them again!

Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to get our carpet installed so we could meet our move in timeline. From sales to billing to installers all were fantastic to work with.
