AT&T Store

Casey is truly outstanding. I had the best experience I have ever had at an AT&T store. We have been customers for 10+ years. Casey provides top-notch service and truly has a wealth of knowledge and passion for his job. Thank you so much for your help Casey!

Patience is still a virtue I am working on LOL! I hate having to get a new phone because I know it isn't a quick deal. We have a business account and I came in the door unprepared unfortunately! Caleb J. was amazing, AT&T is lucky to have him. There was issues getting old phone updated to transfer to new one, was taking forever, nothing that he would have control over and where I would typically leave completely frustrated I didn't because his customer service was so amazing!

My husband and I went into this store looking to upgrade our phones a few days ago. We were helped by an associate named Christian who was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us pick out the phones best suited for our needs and made the whole experience quick and painless!

The sales woman, Lexi has been over the top helpful and knowledgeable. She is pleasant to talk to and very, very helpful. I've been in many AT&T stores before, and she, by far, tops the service beyond words. You need to keep her, get more like her and give her a raise.

Joel at the Festus MO store took great care of us! He not only helped me with what i needed, he went above and beyond to help us get new technology and reduce our monthly bill. Thanks Joel!!

Our bill was higher than we anticipated it would be when we purchased three new phones so I went back to the store to talk to Amelia the manager about our concerns. She is amazing. She does a great job figuring things out, very impressed with her. Anytime I have needed anything she helps resolve the issues. She's intelligent, friendly, and professional. 👏

The representative that helped us was Joel, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend him

Store was great signing up for new service however I later got a email from AT&T they had upped me on the service plan I signed up for and that was like pulling teeth getting that straightened out even with the paperwork from the store

I went in to look at what new phone upgrades they had to offer. The associates and store manager were very knowledgeable, and answered every question I had about the different phones available. They felt like friends I never had, and made the process of getting a new phone really easy! I highly recommend this store and the staff who work there. I left happy with a brand new IPhone.

I was at the store twice today. I went once to set up a new line. I went back when I realized phone customer service had disconnected the wrong number on my bill and my husband’s phone was off. Jenna helped me both times. She’s a miracle worker and helped get my husband’s line reinstated immediately. I highly recommend this store and Jenna specifically. Will definitely go back for all my phone needs.

We just left at&t in July 2023 and ported our 2 cell numbers over however kept getting a bill from a really old tablet after a month of terrible customer service and going into.this store for the 3rd time today to get this issue resolved we have to give CALEB JOHN HUGE PROPS he listened to us and got what we needed done thank you so much Caleb we hope at&t realizes what they have by you being in this store !! After several calls to customer service retention department, getting hung up on and refusing to give us a supervisor or resolution, THANK YOU SO MUCH CALEB!

Brad was the worker that helped me today and he was great! He explained everything and I could tell he really enjoyed his job. All the other workers were helpful to other customers and I could tell they all really love their job! One guy even came off his lunch to help a woman, that's great customer service!
