Re-Bath

My experience with Re-Bath was exceptional from start to finish. Linda was a pleasure to work with and she provided much needed advice on selecting materials. Nikki kept me informed on when the materials were ordered and when they were received and then ultimately scheduled the work. Ben did all the actual work on the project and was phenomenal. His attention to details was great and his work was top notch. He kept me informed throughout the project and cleaned up every night before he left. I am extremely pleased with both bathrooms that Re-Bath did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a first class bathroom remodel.

After a lot of research, we chose Re-Bath to replace a leaky shower in one of our bathrooms and completely remodel another one. We are extremely pleased with the work they did, and how smoothly the entire process went. Dylan was our design consultant and was responsive and easy to work with. During our initial meeting, the cost estimate from Re-Bath was the closest within our budget of all the places we had inquired with. The project was estimated to start in March and began on-time. Brendan and Rob removed all the old components, which included totally gutting the downstairs bathroom, and then installed all the new fixtures and appliances. I was impressed with how neat and organized they left everything at the end of the day; we had expected a remodel of this magnitude to be fairly disruptive, but the whole process was less strain on our daily lives than we anticipated. Brendan gave me a rundown of what to expect every day and was responsive to any issues or questions I had. Both jobs were completed within two weeks (actually wrapped up a day ahead of schedule). The quality of their work is excellent and has made baths and showers a much more pleasant experience. We're glad we went with Re-Bath and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel.

They did great with helping to design what I wanted and then built it that way. Very Happy with it. With all the prep work being done with the design by Dylan and then the full pulling out of the old and putting in the new bathroom by Ben and Pat, they took great care installing and cleaning things up each day when they left. They kept me in the loop on every step and walked me through all the process. Once I get another coat of paint on the walls, I'll get to decorate the walls and really start too enjoy the great new addition.

Photos below there is one that was the before with the jetted tub, the others are the completed work except for getting stuff up and all ready to use. It was a good journey from start to finish.

We just had Re-Bath redo my parents tub and put in a walk in shower. Had a great experience with John and Rob doing the installation. Great to work with and very easy going. Listened to our ideas and gave great suggestions on the project. Turned out great. I know Dad and mom are going to love it.

We recently had our shower and floor updated and are very pleased with the results. Ben and Rob did a great job on the installation. Their workmanship was very good and they kept the work area neat and clean throughout the process. Thanks also to Linda for assisting with the selection of materials and colors.

We used ReBath to remodel our upstairs shower and completely gut our downstairs bathroom. Brendan was our lead contractor and he did an amazing job. The work was clean, efficient, and they made sure that all of our needs were addressed along the way. The experience was way less painful than I expected a remodel to be and I would recommend the team from ReBath to anyone! Thank you Brendan and Rob for the amazing work!

2023 update: after our 2019 master bathroom renovation we used Re-Bath again thus summer for our children's bathrooms and our guest bathroom. Once again, we are extremely pleased with the results. Brendan again was the lead for the project, and again was highly reliable, did excellent work, and paid close attention to detail. Our home is more beautiful and more functional than it was before.

2019: We used Re-Bath for a complete renovation of our master bath and we could not be happier. The finished result is simply gorgeous, and Brendan executed all of the work impeccably. I am so impressed and happy, thank you so much.

Everyone from sales to the construction team, to the supervisor, were a pleasure to work with. Dylan, the Sales Rep was on top of it from the moment I asked for a bid. This is our second bath we have had Re-Bath do. This company stresses professionalism in every way. Dylan had the contract written, signed, and scheduled within a very short time period. We were so fortunate to have the best of the best personnel working on our job. Brendon and Rob teamed up to replace the shower in our guest bath. They made sure every detail was covered and explained before starting the job. The job was estimated to take 2 days. Brendon and Rob stayed late to finish it up in one day!!! We were elated because our grandson was visiting.

John did an excellent job on my new shower/tub install! It looks great, just what I wanted! Dylan also did a great job providing personalized customer service when he initially visited my home to get measurements and talk about what I wanted. 😀

Outstanding job by Brendan and crew remodeling our bathroom! Linda was great helping with the design and Nicole did a good job working with us on scheduling. This will be by far the best Google Review I have ever given: Re-Bath installed a walk-in bathtub for my 94 year old mom, and we couldn't be happier with the tub and the Re-Bath staff who worked with us! I worked with Linda Ruzicka, who was very pleasant and responsive to my questions. She kept me updated while we were waiting for the installation to begin and continued to check in with me to ensure everything was going well. We had received quotes from other businesses, and Re-Bath was $10k less than the competitors. Not only that, but the final price we paid was what was quoted, even with the installer having to do additional work (extending the electrical wiring through the attic and repairing the floor because the old shower had been leaking). We are located in southern Illinois, so John, the installer, had to spend several nights in a hotel to finish the work. Even with the extra night and the additional work he had to do, the quoted price did not change. Not only that, but he was very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond: He even brought in all the boxes and mail that were delivered while we were staying at my house and left the bathroom immaculate. We plan to do additional remodeling and will ONLY use Re-Bath. Thank you, Linda and John!

I met with two Re-Bath personnel, estimator Dylan Charlton & installer John - I consider both representatives to be professional in their approach to my remodeling issue & appreciate the cleanliness of the install - assuming a few days after 2/28-2/29, 2024, that nothing falls off the walls, the water supply keeps running & the shower drains appropriately, AS I fully expect, Re-Bath has my hearty endorsement!
