I recently had the pleasure of visiting Great Clips for my haircare needs, and I am pleased to share my positive experience. Despite the fact that the staff at Great Clips does seem to change often, they consistently deliver friendly service and do a great job. While there may be some variations in the quality of service from time to time, I can confidently say that it has never been anything less than satisfactory.

The staff greets me with happy faces all the time. This location is my favorite. I tend to request Jaleesa. She has a peaceful and serene atmosphere. She suggested a haircut that suited well to my facial features and changed my entire look. I've felt at peace many times sitting in her chair and almost fell asleep once. Her skill level matches her confidence level! I highly recommend visiting this salon.

My stylist whose name is Sammy, is always the best she's in a great mood all the time she's very personable and she doesn't excellent job cutting my hair in my beard. Even my mom liked what she did to my head. She works very hard, and sometimes you have to wait on her, but it's so worth it!

Jaleesa is the best and always has been she remembers what u got last time u was there and will never let u down on your cut I swear I feel like whole different person after she cuts my hair and does amazing with the beard also lines are perfect she is the best so if u get hair cut there make sure it's from her hand down amazing

Michelle at the Crystal City location is the best stylist! She knows exactly what I want and not just because my information in the computer! She’s personable and is easy to communicate with. She’s the reason I go to that location.

Yesterday, I received a bonafide five-star experience at this location and was blown away by how much value I got out of a 16 dollar haircut. My stylist, Jaleeson was kind, personable, and professional from start to finish. This is the first time I’ve been truly astonished by the service at great clips, and I highly recommend finishing your next haircut with their shampoo and condition done with premier quality salon product. The wash was mesmerizing and gave me a great boost of energy to start my day off. I went in expecting a “nice and quick” haircut and walked out feeling like I’d been to a top notch barber downtown. Thank you again for your warm professionalism, I will surely be spreading the word about my experience.

Always a good experience! Checked in from home, ran an errand, got a text at 15 minutes, in and out! And Ashley was AMAZING with my son's mop of hair!

They always greet me with a smile and address me by my first name. They have my preferences in their computer, so I get the haircut and beard trim I want every time. The ladies there carry on a discussion with me about what's going on in my life if I feel like talking and I usually do.

If you make an online appointment you get in and out really fast get a good haircut... Great value... Very friendly employees
