These people are so nice but I wish they would have fixed my phone the first five times I want in there to get it fixed by the time they told me about it being insurance on it that I could have it replaced it was to late. That does upset me cause I do like and love the service and the staff is good just wished I was better informed when I ask questions about things...

Thanks to Tina Collins for customer service excellence its hard to find employees like her these days, plain and simple she plowed through the obstacles from old provider and got m e taken care of. I left her store feeling as though i had made a new friend, thank you Tina.

The crystal city store has been a blessing to a guy who knows nothing about the cell phone world the staff here has not only been professional but very personal and friendly
