Great selection and very competitive pricing.

I feel like Shoe Dept has a large selection of women's shoes and their prices are better than some other shoe stores.

They had great prices, but some sizes were unavailable. Also the day I went the ac was out, which made my visit shorter.

I was in a few days ago and I bought a few pairs of shoes. A manager named Nic helped me get both lefts and ensured that I found everything I needed. He offered my daughter a sticker and made our family feel welcomed and loved. The other employees there were teenagers, a girl with long red hair and a boy with short curly hair, we're too entangled with each other and walked passed me and my family multiple times without saying a word, but Nic made us feel at home. I haven't met anyone with greater customer service.

This store was Awesome.. I was returning 2 pairs of shoes, they just didn't fit right. I had my 17 month old Grandson with me.. They took the time to measure his feet and helped me find the right shoes for him.. Will defiantly by his shoes here from now on..

First time coming into the Shoe Department encore for tax free weekend. I had a really good experience with one the workers and I believe his name was Alex and he helped finding the exact pair of shoes I wanted.

I will for sure be coming in again!
