For years, Penney's was our go-to store for clothing. They drifted away from our tastes, but seem to be coming back. We had a wonderful time (several hours) of shopping at this store. All the help were pleasant and attentive. We also received an additional 25% off with the use of our Penney's credit card, thanks to an associate who asked us the right questions. Great visit and walked out with many bags full of clothes and more.

1st time it's with in there mall is fantastic huge wow . I hope you all have a fantastic experience there we just went in to. Kill time and looking around was a nice place even had like a bungi rope things for kids and maybe for grown ups also have fun to all

Well organized and sales lady knew her stuff. Got me right to what I was looking for. Right now men's cargo shorts are on sale for 12.99 a pair. Right now shorts and sweaters are on sale.

I used to work here and enjoyed my time, but wanted to notably review Jeannie at the fragrance counter recently went in looking for some cologne for an upcoming cruise, Jeannie helped me find the what I needed at an EXCELLENT price! Nautica brand name too!

Ordered online for my granddaughter some cookware. They said u can pickup 2hrs before closing. Got there before the 2hrs, so I found some towels on sale so got those too. I asked the young lady if I had to wait the 2hrs. before closing and she checked the back to see if they had the order, she came back and said that the order was in and that I didn't have to wait the 2hrs. The young lady was so very pleasant and very kind. Great customer service. She was assoc. # 0918.

Jaime in the jewelry department is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the store's merchandise. My son was looking for a ring for his highschool sweetheart. He showed Jaime a picture and she had just the thing for him right in his price range! She also explained the resizing warranty. Jaime exceeds all expectations when it comes to customer service which seems to be dead these days. We need more representatives like her in customer service . There were several people waiting to be helped and Jaime gave exceptional service to each person regardless of not having any help. She did attempt to call backup at one point but was told there were no other representatives to assist at the time. Thank you, Jaime for making this a memorable stress-free experience. I will be back and telling other about our perfect experience.

JCPenney is awesome my sister and I niece and daughter love us some JCPenney we will go there and Shop just like we would do Macy's and Walmart those are our favorite stores besides Costco we will pick Costco over Sam's in a minute those are hard to go to stores we can't leave Old Navy out for the children.

JC Penney was great! It was brightly lit, and all of the items in the store looks so Colorful, Professionally organized, and Appealing. All of this makes making a selection very easy, plus they have quite a variety. JCPenney did, NOT disappoint. Today is 4/16/23, my Husband & I visited JCPenney's . And WOW! Was I impressed w/Their selections of Women's Clothing & Undergarments. Some of the clothing selections had bold solid colors such as black, cream, peach royal blue & pink tops, 1 color per blouse don't worry. They have these 2pc pant/shirt sets, the pants & shirts are sold separately, although they are reasonably priced like everything in the store & extremely WORTH the $. I purchased 2 of those sets, and I'm Happy 😊 I seen the most Beautiful Champagne colored sparkling w/ the neckline of the dress expanded out to the shoulders & a sheer piece of thin see through crepe like material that's a lighter champagne color w/glitter on it hanging from around the top, the shoulder line of the dress. This dress is a right above the knee Evening Dress. JCPenney did NOT disappoint.

Busy store ..., customers destroyed the store with no thought to every employee that had to clean up the clothes put down anywhere , customers... your not any better than those working class individuals . Our cashier had to be 9 months pregnant that checked us out. And with kindness and a smile on her face, good for her . Now that's a good employee anyone should be glad to have !

I took my 9yr old here for ba k to school clothes shopping. They have a rather big selection to choose from, WAY bigger than Macy's! And all of their cute Juicy Couture clothes were literally half off!!! Matter of fact every piece of clothing I purchased was on sale. I totally recommend this JCPenney

Love shopping here! But my goodness, these employees need a long vacation after having to deal with so many cranky and entitled customers.

Took our photos here by destiney and she did great! Our cat wasn't very cooperative and she handled it well and still got great pictures!

This is my favorite Department store. I always leave with more than I should, be sure to sign up for the Rewards and not the credit card. Just the phone number. And don't forget your coupons!

Found two new sundresses here for a fantastic price! Will definitely shop here first, in the future, for special occasion outfits. Clean environment and friendly staff.
