Anytime I call they either never answer or instantly say “family medicine please hold” and I’ve sat there for 20 minutes on hold and they never clicked back over to talk to me. I needed an appt for my chest pain. This is ridiculous.... this has been happening for maybe a year now. They don’t have anyone to properly answer the phones anymore. The doctors are nice and great but good luck ever getting in to see them.... they are the only reason it isn’t one star. I’m so sick of being put on hold when I need to get ahold of someone. This is a doctors office. It needs to be taken care of.

My sister in law was running late so she called and asked how late they could be. The lady said 10-15 minutes late. So, we let them know that we would be there before the 15 minute mark. We were 12 minutes late and they canceled the appointment without calling us or letting us know.
