The rep I worked with, Jay, was kind and courteous. He answered all of my questions (and even some of my kids questions.) With no hesitation. He was patient and thorough with his explanation.

Jay was awesome! He was very thorough explaining my husbands sleep study to both of us and then going through the cpap machine fully. He was friendly and kind and we didn’t feel rushed through the appointment!

My visit was very nice. Jay went over the unit and explained taking care of it. He also went over additional supplies and the ability to monitor the unit remotely. That was very cool.

I was seen at Provider Plus on 12/19/23. All office personnel were very courteous and professional.
Jay Cagle was my RT. He was excellent. He patiently explained the purpose and use of the CPAP machine. He logged everything in and carefully fitted the head gear while activating the machine for a live demonstration. Prior to my leaving with the new CPAP machine, he provided me with his personal cell phone number with instructions to contact him if I needed any assistance. Due to his interpersonal skills and knowledge, I have used this machine daily, for almost eight hours of the best sleep I’ve had in quite a while.
I am preparing this evaluation on 1/5/24, as our email account was hacked and was successfully recovered yesterday.
Mr. Cagle is very skilled and should be highly commended for his work.

I am struggling with CPAP masks trying to find one that stays put and is comfortable. Jay was very helpful asking questions to determine which would be best for me and showing me several options.

Jay was an excellent technical resource as well as a great after sales support person. He really knows the equipment.

The therapist showed me how to use my new machine and we picked out a mask that fitted much better. Great Experience all around

Delivery was on time and Johnathan was a great help! He set up the bed and explained everything about how to use the remote. Very pleasant man!

my grandma had providor plus for her oxygen while she was still here, johnathan was always so good to her and he was so patient with her when her health continued to get worse he made her feel so confortable every time he came to bring her the new tanks, he always knew what he was doing and he talked to her like he actually knew her she liked him a lot and she would always only talk good about him 5/5 star they have such good service!

The gentleman name Cody Zeik. Came last night and exchanged my oxygen machine out he was so very polite and was here right when he said he would be. You need more workers like him. I was so very pleased and happy the way he handled everything.

Devon was very nice & did everything to help & was very courteous. He's very sweet!

Allen was friendly and knowledgeable. He took extra time to assure that my headgear fit properly. He reviewed how to clean and replace my mask. He walked me to the door and was personable. I appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

Maxwell was very friendly and informative. He taught me things about my oxygen tank I was never told before. He really helped me out. Your company made a good choice hiring Maxwell.

Stacie Hampson took excellent care of me!
She went over my sleep study and explained everything perfectly. Then she set my machine and explained the settings to me.
Next she found the perfect nose cushion .
We experimented so I could see how it felt using it. When I left my appointment I was very excited to begin using my biPAP and I felt I would have great success with it! Thanks to Stacie😉
