The breweries cellar serving up some of the best beers made in the world. With an ever changing draft list and an extensive bottle list from the cellar on top of the private and personal experience the small but unique space creates, you are bound to have a great experience. The staff is great and incredibly knowledgeable.

In addition my favorite experiences are the multiple special events they have a year serving up their more limited beers.

The Side Project Cellar offers a great selection of beers and is a fun spot to meet up with a friend. It wasn't too busy for a Friday night during my visit, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm looking forward to my next visit, especially to try out their cocktail menu! There is also a large free parking lot next to it.

Great experience during the superbowl Sunday evening.
Beer is l, as most people are already aware, absolutely world class. Selection was great too, on top of that some decent whiskey/bourbon options.
Service was also superb, Liz (if I remember correctly) was very helpful and nice.
Will absolutely be back whenever I get a chance to come back to STL, The Cellar is probably my fav beer bar in the US, on par with Russian River in Santa Rosa.

Cozy little hipster space. Friendly bartender and interesting beer and spirit choices. I had an excellent Dunkel and fun cask sour. Probably not a great choice for hoppy beer lovers. Overall worth a visit if you dig sours and barrel aged beers.

One of the best breweries I've ever visited. Owners are down to earth and masters of creating great beer. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing! Staff is always fantastic!

An amazing space with a great selection of house beers on tap and in bottle with a nicely curated selection of bottles from around the world. Don’t forget the bourbons and whiskey’s too.

The addition of the patio increases capacity and allows for bigger groups and the ability to get some sun. 🍻

The best stouts in the entire city are right here. I should probably put that in all caps. They were fantastic. A slight but pricey, but worth it. It was a cool part of town too and the staff were nice and helpful. I’m from OKC and I think our brewery scene is top-notch, but there is a place for Side Project if they ever want to slum it some where less cool than Maplewood.

I have heard quite a few very positive things about this brewery and their beer. I was in town midweek so the brewery wasn't open but the Cellar was, so I stopped by. The venue is very nice. It had a good atmosphere and the bartender was very personable. The beer was fantastic but I started with a couple of imperial stouts so I didn't drink too many. I was very happy with the beers I tried and will make an effort to come back tomorrow to try a few more before I head back home. This is well worth a visit if you are in the area and you like good (great) beer!

Great beer, great service, and always a fun time. They have one food option, which is kind of weak, but that is not why you go there.

Probably the best brewery in the area. Not just sours but plenty of guest taps and the staff went above and beyond. Top 5 beer bars in STL.

Excellent selection of in house and other breweries beer. Side Project's own beer is some of the funkiest and most unique around. They also have other spirits and drink options for friends. Comfortable space as well with 2 bars and tables for hanging out.

Stopped in on a sleepy Sunday afternoon. Nice place and had a great beer, but it's definitely a little on the pricey side of things

Bring your pocketbook and know itress expensive ahead of time once you get past that it's an inviting atmosphere Thats busy because the beer is that good. Known for sour offerings. Treat yourself to something special

Liked the vibe a bit more at the brewery. But it's all about the day and the crowd. Definitely something not to miss out.

Heard raving reviews about Side Project and had to check it out. Ended up just getting a Pohjala beer (which is a brewery thats amazing and you don't see their beers often and it was delicious), the Side Project beer I wanted was drink in house only and it was $65, so a little disappointed.

Great craft beer, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always stop here when in St. Louis. If you like good craft beer, it doesn't get any better than Side Project Cellar and Side Project Brewing. Fantastic beers and a real gem in the midwest!

I can’t say enough good things about The SPC. If you want some unique beers, bourbon or scotch, this is THE place. It’s tucked away behind the strip on Manchester so it feels like you’re headed to a speakeasy, and once you’re inside it’s all about one thing, enjoying tasty drinks. The bartenders are great and well informed on all the beers and spirits. I’ve gotten recommendations on breweries to visit, as well as where to buy some of the harder to find beers. There’s usually some good company in the cellar as well, and I’ve had some fun conversations while I’m enjoying a pint.

Pro tip: Ask your bartender about the beer you’re considering, and they’ll let you try the beer before you buy a glass. Don’t rush into something you’ve never had. Nothing feels worse than having to pay for a beer you can’t stomach.

Stout week is pretty busy! Tonight was a celebration of Side Project Brewing's extraordinary talent of blending the beer they brew, that's been aged in oak bourbon barrels for extended periods of time...widely known as Beer : Barrel : Time.

The whole gang was there. Even the new kid on the block, but he left before I got there.

If you're not there, you're missing out.
