Walmart Auto Care Centers

I’ve been to this auto center twice this week. Once for an oil change and once to get tires put on my car. I had a great experience both times! Everyone I encountered was so friendly, the service was quick and I love the text updates they send. Bandit helped me out today and he let me know he noticed an alignment problem with my car and recommended a place I go to that was running a promotion! Y’all are doing a fantastic job here. Thank you!

Replaced my tire that had road hazard on it with no problem. Had it done same day.

Dropped into this location late on the afternoon of Monday for oil change. All crew were very friendly; at least they didn't try to get ripped off. The service was also very quick and efficient. Thanks guys.

Dropped into this location late on the afternoon of a Saturday, needing tires as one of mine had thrown a steel belt. Brandon got me fixed up in a courteous friendly and efficient manner. He got me in and out (with help from a couple of good mechanics) in less than an hour. Great service! Many thanks guys!

I had a not so good experience BUT bandit back in the auto department listened to my problem and fixed it. My worries are gone now. Thanks to bandit my faith in Walmart’s automotive services has been restored.

They were short staffed (like everyone else) and told me it would be a bit of a wait. They got my car back and done pretty quickly though. Also huge shoutout to the man at the counter who had 2 old ladies verbally attacking him, he handled it so well 👏 👏

Staff was quick and responsive. Did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't want. Prices are great and service is straightforward. No hidden bull sh*t that tacks on an additional $100+ . I chose this location because they actually answered the phone the day before and the technician Josh was helpful. While sitting there I observed good customer service with other people that came in. Also witnessed the phone ring multiple times and it was answered every time. Will be driving the 40 mins to use this location in the future.

I'm an ASE certified mechanic and I also know tires. Unfortunately my shop closed before I could help a friend. Took her tire to Walmart figured it needed a new tire sidewall didn't look good. BANDIT broke the tire down showed me that the inside wasn't compromised and they could do a repair and the tire would be good. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and want to say that that is a good honest man.

Great pricing, they changed my battery in our 300M. Which by the way you have to access it through the passenger side wheel well. At no additional charge.

Needed to replace a tire quickly before a road trip. Went early on a Saturday morning. We were the first customer there and we had a new tire put on in under a half hour.

Easy online ordering and appointment scheduling. Good prices. The staff in the auto center is top notch! In and out on time.

The Fenton Wal-Mart Tire and Auto center is the only one I take my car to for oil changes. The staff is friendly and they get you in and out as fast as they can. Sometimes there is a wait and you could be waiting an hour or so, but that just depends on the number of other customers in front of you, just like anywhere else. Plus the oil changes are cheaper than most places! Will definitely recommend and go again.

great deal - the people that are complaining about waiting are being dumb. If you want fast go to instant oil change place so they can f-up your car. You can walk around in walmart for hours to waste time.

Was able to have an appointment for new tires. That's less waiting!

Great experience. Great customer service. Took less time for my car to be serviced than I’d imagine a Walmart on a Saturday would ever take!! Cleanest & most organized Walmart I’ve ever been in. Pleasantly surprised.

I got a 0w-20 full synthetic oil change for $36 and they were quick and did a good job

Got tires on my Camry & BMW without any issues. Nobody could get the special order BMW tire in 1 day (Saturday delivery) besides Walmart.

They were very helpful and had my tire changed before I could finish my shopping

The tire center in Fenton is the best, they answer by the 5th ring. Manchester doesn't even answer their phone and the phone hangs up.
