This establishment consistently exceeds expectations. The staff is consistently a delight to interact with during every visit. Without hesitation or inquiry, they readily assist by carrying our drink cases to our vehicle. Their extensive product knowledge is truly impressive; they are well-versed in each of their offerings. It's reassuring to find that frequently, a staff member is already using the product you're considering, adding to the overall confidence in your purchase.

The best protein shakes you'd ever have. Pure isolate formulas that don't taste chalky, have great flavors, huge variety, and deliver what they promise.

The staff is very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and will always greet you with a bottle of water. Something that I absolutely love.

If you ask, you'd get to try some of the flavors too if they are newly introduced or the staff has had it themselves. Believe it or not, we've gotten a bunch of shakes we'd have never gone on to buy had it not been for the guys at the store.

Every time I visit Supplement Superstore (no matter which location) I am treated like family. They offer the best products out there and they always go above and beyond the standard customer service. The bottle of water and the follow up note are my favorite! Love these guys so much!

This place has been great. I have been coming to this store for a couple of months now and everyone is very friendly and nice. They do have great products. I even have my girlfriend going there now for her pre-workout drinks. I usually get protein powder there and they have a lot to choose from.

First of all, they offered me a cold bottle of water the minute I walked into the store as the heat wave was crazy. And that was so kind! I met with Gage to talk about nootropics and he spent some time going over a couple of different products for me and we found one that hopefully will give me the good results that I am looking for! So far, so good! The professionalism he and his staff show to the customers that come in is outstanding! No matter what your fitness or health goals are, you should definitely stop in and let the staff help! They will absolutely assist in finding that success! I will be back to purchase some other things like the greens and some other vitamins for women that I could probably use. I definitely recommend shopping there!

Really, I can't say enough good things about this place. Ive worked with Gage, James and CJ here and they are all so helpful and knowledgeable! And they make you feel welcome and comfortable while in the store and while discussing your health goals. I love being able to discuss my concerns and goals and get honest feedback that is truly helpful. I'm sure all locations are great, but the Fenton location will always be my go-to. Thank you guys!!

Went in just to get a meal replacement protein. Gage and Paiton went above and beyond helping me. Gage wrote me up a quick meal plan for everyday. Up sold me on post work protein out and the greens. Both were incredibly helpful and very easy to talk to. Paiton sent me a coupon to try the new protein shakes at the soco location. Not only were they very knowledgeable, but I just received this very thoughtful card in the mail. Top notch customer service! Forever will be a customer after this!
