Wondeful coffee shop and homemade bakery nestled into the heart of Minot. Very much a farm-to-table and local spot. Also has some cute knick knacks made by local artists. Absolutely will be coming here whenever we are in the area!

Absolutely love this place. Visited three times in the two days I spent in Minot and plan on going back on the last leg of our trip. Very cool specialty coffee shop with lots of personality and unique bakery items. The staff is funny and friendly, and everything in the shop (decor, tchotchkes, etc) is a conversation starter. There are so many coffee and pastry options and everything was so flavorful. One of my favorite coffee joints.

Fantastic baked goods and delicious drinks. I love to swing in for fresh baked goods. The cardamom knots are one of my favorites for something less on the sweet side. The scones are delicious and all are unique. A loaf of their sourdough is perfect to bring to an event and never disappoints (and makes for great sandwiches the next day). The breakfast sandwich and a coffee is the perfect way to start your morning!

Best bakery in Minot! I've been here many times and tried everything from the sourdough breads and scones, the pizza, soups, and various coffee drinks. Never been disappointed! The staff are always very friendly and the weekly rotating toasts, soups, and specialty pizza means there's a reason to visit often. The sourdough bread is fantastic and I usually take a loaf home. The pizzas they make on the weekend are pricey but well worth it! Whether you're catching up with friends over coffee, picking up a pizza, or bringing rolls to a family dinner this is the place!

Moved here in Minot about two years ago and I’ve been eyeing Prairie Sky Breads for a long time. Finally had the free time to check it out and the food and coffee is absolutely out of this world! The sandwiches are like little slices of heaven! The staff was amazing too, all super cool people!! So glad I finally had the chance to go here!

Prairie Sky Breads is definitely one of our favorite spots in downtown Minot. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, the staff is very accommodating, polite and kind, and most importantly, the food and drinks are top notch! We highly recommend the cardamon knots!! And our pups enjoy the dog treats we bring home. They have an adorable set up of bakery toys for kids to play with, which our 6yo loves! PSB also offers local beer from Atypical Brewing, and so much more. Go check this place out! You won't be disappointed!

Cute bakery and coffee shop in the best part of Minot! The caramel roll is delicious! They have a cute little kids play corner too, so it's awesome to have the whole family here.

This place has an amazing atmosphere! The aesthetics have a very homey, old school bakery feel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

I loved their coffee and their scones are out of this world! They offer many other delicious delicacies and they have vegan options.

I would definitely recommend this place!

The breakfast sandwich was beyond amazing!!! You cannot beat that avocado spread! Also had a blackberry lime scone that I was supposed to take home but ended up eating there. The atmosphere was great and the best sit down coffee I have had. Will be taking my family here!

I miss this place so much! Back when I lived in Minot, I would go here a lot of Sunday afternoons, and would always run into friendly faces, including those of the very kind staff members 🫶🏻 Remember to enjoy the truly special things you have!

I had a great time here! I got the breakfast sandwich and a drip coffee. The atmosphere is very warm and contemporary, it attracts a diverse crowd. The food was delicious and the coffee was even better. They have the best bread in Minot, hands down!

Delicious! Breakfast sandwich was incredible. The bread was fresh and oh so good. Coffee was made to order and plenty of indoor seating with space between tables. Service was quick and staff friendly.

I come here for the coffee…and the huge windows…and the refills on coffee…and the play area for young kids. It is a little coffee shop “get away” in Minot. Relaxing, beautiful and great coffee.

This is such a cute place and they have different options on their menu that you don't typically see many places. Love the owners, they host events there as well such as live music jam sessions or crafting events. VERY cool place to try out when in Minot.

Very cool vibe. Weekly menu options, so keeps variety. Breakfast items are morning only. Pizza is after 5pm. Very friendly staff. Serves wine and beer as well, and live entertainment.

The food is always excellent, and they have an option to purchase day old bread/pastries for a cheaper rate. The atmosphere is very welcoming and a great spot to sit down with your laptop and do some work. They do tend to have weird hours so just be sure to check before stopping by. I highly recommend checking them out!

Staff is super bubbly and friendly, atmosphere is relaxing and calming, and drinks were amazing.

Finally got to eat lunch here, and I only wish I had done so sooner! Amazing service, fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere. It's great to see excellence on the local level in Minot, keep it up PSB!
