Ended up buying my 06 chevy impala SS from here. Jack was my salesman. We went on Saturday. We got there at 5pm as the time they close was 8pm. So we get there and the place is pitch black and everyone has left but jack. He was on his way out as we pulled in. I recently went to check out a used car that was listed online, and after inspecting it, I decided to make the purchase. Surprisingly, the entire process was incredibly hassle-free, and the dealership proved to be very easy to deal with. However, I encountered a minor hiccup when I realized that my driver's license was from a different state, and I didn't want to go through the hassle of getting a new one in New Jersey. So, I contacted my home state's Department of Motor Vehicles and discovered that I needed a specific form filled out by the dealership in order to register the car back in my home state. I returned to the dealership a week later, explained the situation, and they were extremely helpful in assisting me with the necessary paperwork. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. It was one of the simplest, easiest, and least hassle-filled interactions I've ever experienced. If you're considering buying a car from them, you've definitely made a great choice!

I was shopping for my daughter's first car. I visited another dealer on Route 88 and got the usual runaround, just a miserable experience. On my way home from work one night I stopped by Ideal just to see what they had. My salesman, Al, was terrific. Listened to what I wanted, showed me several options,, worked with me on price. I have bought several used cars over the years, and my experience at Ideal was one of the best, if not the best, I've had! If you need a car, come see Al, you won't be disappointed.

I just want to thank Ideal Used cars and Jack for a pleasant car buying experience. I must admit, I was a little leery of buying from a small dealer. When we purchased the CR-V in December, the air conditioning was not working. They told me they would take care of it.
Of course, the weather was cold so we ended up waiting 3-4 months. True to his word, he had the ac repaired in April. It wasn't until the very hot months of June and July that I noticed the ac only worked when the car was moving. When standing still, the ac would turn off. Again Jack said bring it in and he will repair it. Picked it up today and the ac was very cold all the time. I would definitely recommend Ideal to anyone.

This is not your ordinary used car dealer. They carry good quality cars, that are priced right and are so helpful. I have bought 2 cars from them and have been very very satified. Al - my salesperson was wonderful. He really called me back right away and answered all my questions. Al totally got what I wanted and didnt waste my time in showing me cars that didnt fill my needs. He also gave me great advise and considered my use as I put a huge amount of miles on my cars. I am planning on buying my next car from Al as well.

Al assisted my son and I into getting our newest family member, Ford Esge. Al remembered classes we had together in college. As a single mother, who’s doubles
a highly educated buisness woman, safety is my number one concern. I cannot have a car that’s unreliable, unpredictable and believe me, a few sales people tried to sell me some lemons. I went to several places and their attitudes alone was enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth, that’s not including the fact they say a mom with a small child and attempted to get me for all I am worry. Little do they know I have a lot of great connections, in sales and in cars. I called “my people” who would review the deals and the car and inform me of any necessary concerns. The car Al sold( was under market value, it had all the “bells and whistles” and business/soccer mom like me needs :) I left with payments lower then my insurance, and a new friend to add to my list of “great people.” Al was terrific but he’s certaihly not alone, everyone in ideal is amazing. They car. That’s very unique in the world of sales, trust me. They didn’t care if I payed thousands under market, they simply wanted to meet my needs.
