I had such a wonderful experience at this branch! Andrew Johnson was professional, fast, and friendly in helping me with several matters. He was able to set me up with a money market account, explaining the fine print along with applying for a credit card. After an excellent experience here, I went back to have an urgent document Notarized. He was able to provide the service instantly! I will definitely be a long term customer, thanks to Andy Johnson and his friendly staff. Thank you for keeping up the great work, I’ll be back soon!

You can call, email, or stop by for a visit and the experience is pleasurable. Never thought I would enjoy going to the bank but that's how they do it at Gresham WaFd.

The staff at the Gresham branch are easy to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly, always greet me with great smiles and warm welcomes. They treat customers with respect and kindness. Great People to spend time with, (as much as you need to get the job done to my expectations and understanding).

Andrew and his staff are exceptional and handled the opening of my new business with account with ease. My last bank became far too cumbersome to do anything with. It was Friday so they had cookies to boot. 5 stars, I highly recommend.

I am a Customer of Washington Federal over twenty plus years. I moved from my hometown to Portland Oregon and found my Washington Federal Bank is located miles from me. Being a very senior citizen I don't drive anymore. I now do online banking. There came a day I needed to sign some papers in person. I must rely on someone to take me places. My personal banker Andrew Johnson called me and drove many miles to bring these documents for me to sign. What a blessing he is. He went totally above and beyond his job to help this senior citizen. Thank you Andrew . I am very grateful.

Fantastic bank, great people, and great operations. Have used all sorts of banks for personally and for business, but this branch stands out in a few ways. One they get to know who you are, anybody that comes in it’s on a first name basis! And this is not an isolated comment, I see this happening with anybody out side of me. I’ve even seen businesses owners bring them food! Speaks volumes on the people inside of this branch. 2nd thing would be how easy it is to get what you need. Not to throw big branches under the buss, but I’m running a business and time is the most valued asset. And unlike the big banks, I can get in and out when I need to. I can go on for ever, last comment Gresham WaFd branch is top notch!

Mr Andrew Johnson has continually provided outstanding customer service and been a wealth of knowledge to our family. Our 92 year old mother needed her account changed to her trust. Andy and his team explained the process and contacted us once review had been completed. We have been so impressed and comfortable with Andy we established a new CD account ourselves. We reside in the Columbia Gorge but would rather travel to Gresham to work with Andy. Mom recently opened a CD. Andy was patient, professional, and kind. Mom isn't very patient herself with these processes at her age but she really took to Andy and mentioned when we were departing what a nice young man he was. She doesn't impress easy. Our CD account is the first account with WaFd Bank and its because of Andy and his abilities, knowledge and friendly professionalism.

Andy the manager is a real class act. One doesn't typically expect good service at a bank where you are usually just a number. The folks at Wafed Bank are great. Special shoutout to my favorite personal banker - Regina S.
