What a pleasant experience this installation was. Caleb was very professional as well as personable. All my questions were answered honestly and that was so appreciate. Mychael and Brandon were great as well. Both very personable and also answered questions when ask, and honestly gave me in depth answers, that was great.

They were here for two days. They worked steady and solid the entire time. They took what I considered an ugly bathroom and made it beautiful, I'm so pleased with their work.

Will definitely be contacting them for work in the future. You can't go wrong with this group of guys.

The company was very helpful and communicative during the whole process. Our project turned out gorgeous and was well done in a timely manner. The crew who installed did a great job, left the area clean, and were very knowledgeable.

Ordered a new complete shower from Bath Planet. We could not be more pleased with the shower install and the crew that installed the shower. Was always in communication from the start. They asked about every detail to make sure we were happy with everything. The fact that my wife will now be able to safely shower is very relieving. This will be the first of other projects we will be doing with Bath Planet.

A big shout out to Mychael and Ian!!! You were both very courteous. Your work ethic was awesome. I greatly appreciate everything you did yesterday. I could not have been any happier about how the shower install was done. I'll say thank you one more time!!

My father’s home was treated by Mychael Lee and Ian like it was their parent’s home! Extreme care in every detail, cleaned multiple times each day and was respectful to my opinions, time schedule and design detail. Thank you for hiring such fantastic hard workers.

Clinton and his team did a great job installing both our shower and tub (2 separate bathrooms). Both finished projects look great. They were friendly and respectful the entire time. They cleaned up each day before they left. We look forward to enjoying our new shower and tub!!

From our visit with the salesman, who arrived as scheduled and walked us through every facet of the project and discussed all of our options, through the expert installation of our new shower by Mike Lee and Eric, we were impressed with the professionalism, quality, and expertise of this entire company. Mike and Eric were outstanding in removing our existing tub, sheetrock, and plumbing and installing our new, top quality components with minimum disruption to our home and routine. We have had the pleasure of working with Bath Planet of Missouri in our condo. The process was flawless from start to finish. The first meeting with their sales rep to the signing of the contact to the completion of the job was done in the time frame quoted and with professionalism that they promised.
We had a tub and shower removed and replaced by a full walk in the shower with glass doors and new flooring installed. The contractor was always on time and very courteous and professional.
They took care of all clean up and the room was spotless when they left. I have attached a picture of the finished project and would highly recommend Bath Planet of Missouri.

Our installation team was top notch! Mychael and Jack went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly and exactly how we wanted them. Although nothing went quite as smooth as anyone had hoped, they were patient and kind through the whole process and our new tub looks fantastic!

Our installers Mychael Lee and Ian were fantastic they were friendly, the cleaned up after themselves. They were very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. Overall a great experience with the install.

I contacted Bath Planet to remodel my bathroom, I had a small shower removed and a jet tub removed and replaced with a shower. Bath Planet was easy to work with what I wanted and completed the job quickly with very little hassle. As they worked the installers were very conscious of their mess and cleaned up before leaving each day.

We had Bath Planet replace our sauna tube with a walk-in shower in our master bedroom. Once we signed on the dotted line we couldn’t wait for the installation. It had taken approximately 9 to 10 weeks for the installation, probably due to the size. We were very pleased with the installation. The crew was easy to work with.

There where only two minor issues. We were told there would be a seam in the back wall due to the length of the shower. Which was not a problem. I thought the seam would be placed in the center of the wall. The seam was placed at the end which left one large panel and a smaller panel. I would have liked the panels be more proportional.

The second issue was with the grab bars. They reinstalled the old grab bars that I had installed just a few months earlier. Instead of installing the new bars that where ordered. Which I have no problem. The issue I have is that the price of the new bars were not removed from the invoice and with no notification to address the invoice change.

Don’t get me wrong. We really love the shower that was installed. We got everything we asked for. They did good work. We are looking to install a second shower in the main bathroom.

The installers were very good, professional, polite, and cleaned up. They did a very good job with the remodel of our shower to be a roll in the shower. The sides of the shower were very nice as well as the fixtures. They are professionals and they do their work well.

Mychael and Jack were very knowledgeable.They arrived early for appointment and finished in one day. They adapted well to changes that needed to be done and were very pleasant to work with. This review is based on the installers.

Bath planet made our bathroom remodel a seamless process. Micheal and Jack, who did the install, were very professional and friendly. The material is first class and the clean up after the install was very thorough.
