Tom from Mattress Firm was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what my needs were in looking for a mattress. He cared about what I wanted and was not just looking to make a sale. His professionalism and guidance helped me to purchase the correct mattress. He worked to stay within my budget and provided me with excellent service. The store manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable. They make a great team! I highly recommend this store for fabulous customer service!

Outstanding! When you spend as much money as I did for my mattress, you would think once you’re done that the sales people would not pay much attention to you, However, that was not the case. When I called about a mattress cover, I got the same Great service as I did when I bought my mattress. Like I said, when you spend over $4000 for a mattress you expect support and mattress warehouse was there 100% and the person I talk to was fantastic

My buying experience was top notch. Shamaila was a very thorough listener and really allowed us to take our time and test all the picks in our price range. 24 months no interest financing allowed me to go a bit over what I intended to spend but I got the perfect mattress and foundation.

She really helped my partner and I find the bed that was the most comfortable for us and didn't mind that it took us a while to decide. We never felt like we were being rushed and she took her time to get to know us and match us with a quality mattress and frame that match our sleeping habits, (for a great deal too) which I greatly appreciate. You don't find customer service like this any more - very grateful to her and highly recommend going here for the service!
