Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Didn't not have to wait in line very long got right in. Clean. Good shop wonderful as usual and unique. Server, John, was fabulous. Mannerism was lovely, food and beverages were quick.

First of shopping and food all on one spot. Cracker Barrel is one of my go to places. Loved the fact that it was next store to our hotel. Had a great selection of fall clothes and stocking stuffers. My fish was okay would have bern better with lemon. I loved the glitter drinks that the offered.

Best location in the area! Cracker barrel is always a fantastic source of chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, Sunday fried chicken, pancakes, and fried apples. Easy to tell that the entire staff is great at their job and my server was no exception.

My husband and I was greeted as soon as we entered and seated right away . We diligent have to wait long for our drinks we ordered water and I also ordered coffee which was hot and tasted so good. The waitress took our order and made sure I always had my coffee warmed up by refilling my cup. The food was nice and hot. My chicken tenders was so tender . I love my vegetables. You have the best carrots and I love your Okra. The only place I can order it on the menu.

Had a good meal. They were out of several items we ordered. I would eat here again at an earlier time.

The service and food was amazing! I had my usual chicken n dumplings, mashed potatoes with white gravy, fried apples and sweet tea. My mom took me out. She has a handicapped parking with her bad leg. We had to wait for a spot to open but not long. It was busy and organized.

Very nice staff. Manager was present and talking with customers. Very nice lady. Liz thanks for the great food and of course my wife had to buy several things in the store.

AMAZING!!! BREAKFAST ALL DAY!! Love the shop! Great Food at Great prices, which is hard to come by lately. The sweet potato was baked to perfection and is always my go to side!! I would recommend the maple syrup chicken breast or the chicken breast and french toast. The meatloaf is also a classic favorite.

The food was great, but the service was excellent. Another patron had a physical problem and the staff were all so loving and helpful. The manager held her hand while the waitress called 911. I was so impressed by all of them.

Quick and professional service from staff they greet you with a smile and take your order wait time is not bad you at least get to look around and see all the merchandise they sell all prices are visible and affordable. the food is freshly made hot and ready just how I like it 👌 😋 keep up the great work Cracker Barrel 😎🤘🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Listen here FOLKS!! Country cooking!! 🥘 never gets old!! We all love it. That’s why they have these wonderful restaurants all over the country directly off the exit! This one here.. is exceptional. Great service, great gift shop🎁, & obviously great food! I’ve had most everything on the menu over the decades of eating at these fantastic restaurants!! This time I’m getting the hamburger steak:)) And I’ll probably be back in the morning for.... Their unbelievable COUNTRY BREAKFAST!!🍳🥞. Good eating Folks!😁

Cracker Barrel gives you a good, consistent meal. Is it amazing chow? No, but it's always above average and tasty. This location delivered when it came to the food, price, and customer service. They were extremely busy when we were there and our server, Karen, was helpful and nice. If I was staying in the area ever again I would definitely come back. Also, the country story always has some fun things to buy.

I used the catering menu for an event for 14 people. One had a gluten allergy and several low carb requests. Your menu made it work. The grilled Chicken Tenders(GF) and the Smokey Chicken Breast were hits. The dip options were fantastic. They loved the Carolina BBQ. The Morton, IL store was great!

I had an exceptional dining experience at Cracker Barrel recently, and it was all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Karen and Jen. Karen went above and beyond to ensure I had a table with a plug-in for my laptop, making it convenient for me to work while enjoying my meal. Her attentiveness was greatly appreciated. Jen was incredibly friendly and suggested an absolutely delicious meal that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. The food was not only tasty but also reasonably priced, which added to the overall satisfaction of the experience. This visit to Cracker Barrel reminded me of what dining out should always be - a perfect blend of great service, delectable food, and affordable prices. I'll definitely be returning as soon as I can!

We had a great meal. Our server was really great. We have trouble getting very crispy hashbrowns here often. She did a good job of making sure they were cooked right.

I ordered the Thanksgiving 8-10 meal. There was a mix up in my order. Called the they went above a beyond fixing it. Thank you we have never been disappointed in house or carry out. Food is fabulous.

We had a very good waitress as always and so attentive. The food was excellent and the store was clean as it always is. We love dining at Cracker Barrel.

The waitress was fantastic and they were out of a certain food, so she replaced it with another.
And of course, as always, theretail store is so cute.

The service here was great. We stayed across the parking lot so it made sense for dinner. It was a typical Cracker Barrel but we enjoyed it and the service we received was exceptional.

Stopped at this Morton, Illinois Cracker Barrel for this first dining experience on what was to become a 12-day trip to the southeastern US. We weren't disappointed. Excellent food as usual by a prompt waitress. I chose the fried chicken dinner (may favorite.) What was REALLY important to us was that the restrooms were clean, even at this mid-afternoon hour. Keep up the good work Morton Cracker Barrel !!!
