Gleeson's Audio Video

Based on prior experiences, we contracted with Gleeson’s to provide AV, Smart Home and security systems in our new home. The home theater system in the great room sounds fantastic and the Control4 and Ring systems have created a very convenient and safe new home environment!

We are video and audiophiles, we've been buying from Gleeson's for decades. They are extremely knowledgeable, they carry top shelf products, and they offer reasonable prices. We‘ve had GoldenEar products for years, right now in two setups… one a complete surround sound system and the second an Audiophile system for esoteric music listening. Both systems are world class at a fraction of the cost of some of their competitor. They really stand by their equipment, which is rare now a days. Our local dealer is Gleeson’s AV in Ocean City, NJ the best of the best! Highly Recommended!

Great costumer service from setting up appointment, to Brian coming out to surveying house for equipment, getting proposal same day, fast turnaround for equipment to come in and great install technicians that where very professional, clean and explained how to use equipment.. Gleason's installed a remote control electric arm above our fireplace. This brings our TV to eye level while watching, they did a great job and now I can enjoy TV without straining my neck, and when you done, you hit the button and it goes back up in the original location.

This is a company that is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I recently volunteered to host a series of events, and found myself in a situation that required technical A/V knowledge that I did not have. In a panic, I stopped by Gleason’s. They had installed our home’s sound system and added Sonos years later. Don happened to be in the store, and took the time to educate me on the equipment that I had purchased, AND allowed me to borrow the pieces that I was missing. My event was a success, and I am eternally grateful! I will never go anywhere else for my Audio / Visual needs!! They are truly THE BEST!!!

I'm in Avalon, which isn't always the easiest place to get service, but these guys are the best Audio/Video place I've ever dealt with. Outstanding responsiveness and service. They know how much it means for your TVs and Music devices to be working at the shore, and if/when you have a problem, they're right there.

Outstanding Advice, Service, Value and Professionalism with a persoanl touch!

These folks certainly know what they're doing, but they charge outrageous prices. One year after paying over $10,000 for a system, we had a problem last week. The system is so complex and the wiring so convoluted that you have to call them for even the smallest problem.
They came out and resolved the problem in approximately 15 minutes and we got a bill for $106. They treat you as if they've "Got you"!. Well we've been had for the last time. Well be using someone else for service , maintenance, and new equipment in the future.

We paid a tech $100 to come out to discuss relocating a tv. They couldn’t be bothered to even look at our current equipment behind the tv and instead wrote us a proposal for stuff we didn’t need, stuff they would have known we didn’t need it they had looked behind the tv instead of assuming what was there. Thanks for taking my $100, I won’t be back.
