When I reached out to them about some pressing issues at Freddy J’s Bar & Kitchen, they responded promptly and were on-site the very next day. From start to finish, my family's experience with Comfort Now was exceptional!! Starting with Casey the sales rep who answered our questions about the different options available to us(we utilized utility company rebates and financing) and Chelsea in the office who took care of scheduling. Joe, Anthony, Andrew, Matt, Bill, and Mike the install manager showed up on time and clearly took pride in their work. They worked tirelessly through a hotand humid day in an even hotter attic to make sure our AC was back on and working efficiently again before a hot heat wave. They even watched my dogs while we had to run out of the house for a few hours, and when we got back everything was spotless, which my wife will love and appreciate. I could not be more pleased or appreciative of Bob and his top notch crew, whom I will be recommending to everyone I know. Excellent from start to finish and we highly recommend!!!!

Called me on a holiday. Suggested I wait a day to save some money. Called me first thing next day. Arrived maybe an hour after call. Ryan was polite. Worked clean. Respected my space / property. Answered my questions. Explained what he did. Made helpful suggestions. Thanked ME. Not sure where they rank on pay scale, but extremely satisfied by the work I received at the price they charged. Highly recommended.

Update. Colin, Eddie, Andrew, and a few others installed a completely new system. Super polite and friendly. Great with dog. Cleaned up. Explained everything. Couldn't be happier.

My furnace was broken. Comfort sent Greg out and he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. Parts were ordered the next day and furnace repaired within 2 hours. The staff was awesome with communication. They sent me an agreed upon quote within minutes. There were no hidden charges or fees. I would recommend comfort without hesitation.

Ryan and partner were terrific on the installation of heating and AC. They were here on time and worked diligently until the completion of the job. They were polite and cleaned up all the debris when finished. I love the new system too.

This past summer we had a complete HVAC system installed. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, neat, and thorough. Today we replaced our old thermostat. Kyle completed the job quickly and efficiently. He gave me easy instructions on how to use the thermostat, and also some tips about the system that was installed during the summer. I would, and have, recommended Comfort Now to anyone needing heating, air conditioning, hot water heater replacement. The office staff is also very knowledgeable and patient. There's no need to look anywhere else for service than Comfort Now.

Enrique has been honest with us about what's wrong with our generator and done everything possible to keep us informed educated and happy. The company has done likewise. They make no excuses, they just keep taking responsibility for whatever needs doing. I couldn't ask for a better work ethic!

I couldn't of picked a better company to work with. From the time Bernie came out to give me an estimate until the installation ( Eddie and Andrew were my installers) and everything in between, I knew I made the right choice. I feel like everyone involved ( even the people in the office ) went above and beyond to get the job done and make me happy. Called on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend because my heat had stopped working overnight and a tech was there by the afternoon to fix it. Their response was fast and the tech who arrived was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be calling them again if another issue arises! So far the heats working great!!

I can't speak highly enough about this team!! We came into work yesterday only to find we had no heat! From the first call, talk about prompt! She (I hope her name is Deb?) put me on hold to converse with the Service Mgr about me right away, and came back two minutes later saying a technician would be right out! Jim came to the rescue, and did an expert diagnostic, and we were able to solve the issue immediately with the Gas company. Michele in Accounting coordinated necessary paperwork immediately, and they are on the way to getting paid one day later! No hidden fees, just Amazing Service! I wish the process could always be this easy. If you want honest, sincere work, and fair cost, call Comfort Now for all of your HVAC needs. 10/10!!

Technician Kyle was the best ,he was professional and really tried too explain everything too my wife which was impressive, but he did an excellent job, was pleasant and did not disappoint he was fast and clean

My own wife doesn’t respond as fast as McAllister does . I just had a dual system installed in January and had to call them out twice for small things. They were here within 30 minutes. Great company

They communicated well, arrived promptly and the technician explained in real terms just what the issue was and how he was going to repair my heater. I was so pleased with the entire process that I signed up for a maintenance agreement going forward.

Comfort now and all of its professionals are a true example of how all businesses should be ran. The customer service from start to finish was exceptional. The level of detail put into explaining the product to the detail of the installation was well above par for the competitors out there. Joe, Collin, Brett and team did a fantastic job with my new air conditioning system. They were exceptionally courteous and clean. They even laid down flooring protectant. Not very often you see this type of all around service anymore.

Tech arrived well within appointment timeframe. My furnace would not light off. He diagnosed and explained the results and recommended replacing the failing gas control valve. After finding the part was still under warranty he was able to come back later that day to install.

For knowledgeable service received, friendly voice on the phone and no BSing around it was well worth the price paid.

They were on time and provided great support as I had many questions on what systems made the most sense for my current situation.
