The food was pretty good, and the serving sizes were huge! What really stood out was the service. Maddie was fantastic!

No problems. We tried to identify fish on their wall painting while we waited.
We got burgers and enjoyed them very much. I look forward to going to back to order a catch of the day from their specials.
It sounds like this place might struggle a little more than expected when they’re busy.

First Timer and was not disappointed at all. The waitress was very helpful and friendly too. I had the halibut with garlic and butter topping, date had the seared scallops both were excellent and would visit again. BRAVO

We stay in Ocean City at least twice a year and always come here for a delicious dinner at least one night. My boyfriend and I had our first date here and June. We were just here last week and my boyfriend requested the same table as we sat in for our first date and they immediately accommodated us. Our waitress Pam was very kind and had a great sense of humor. The food was absolutely delicious as usual!

As expected this place is great! Kyle our waiter was chill and handled our large group with ease , what a professional! Everything you want to experience when you go out to eat. Thank you Island Grill. We left happy.

Stayed in OCNJ for 5 nights August of 2022. Ate dinner here twice and loved it!! We eat early has we have littles ones (between 4-5PM) arrival each night and had no wait. Seated inside per our request and we’re pleased with the service and food each night. Would highly recommend for a nice meal outside of boardwalk fare.

All 5 of us loved our dinners here. We ordered the fish and chips, the seafood sampler, lobster ravioli, pulled pork spaghetti and the vegetable pasta medley. And of course the cheese curd bites for an appetizer. We all agreed everything was cooked to perfection, portions not too big or small, the service was quick and friendly. Our waiter, Henry A. was very attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely be back!

Always looking for new places to eat down the shore. 1st time eating here. From the moment we were greeted at the entrance, we knew we made a good choice! Everyone made us feel very welcome. Service was prompt, friendly and informative for first timers. All of our meals were great. Only regret is we didn't have time or room for any of their awesome sounding desserts. On leaving they told us to stop by again, and we hope to sometime soon!

We ate here on a whim and really enjoyed the experience. We did have to wait for about 30 minutes before being seated, but we loved the outdoor seating, the friendly service, and the food. My husband ordered a fried seafood sampler and the fried scallops were generously sized and delicious. I ordered the jumbo coconut shrimp and lobster bisque and the shrimp were indeed jumbo and the bisque was better than I had in Maine. Each dinner was a good portion and came with rolls and a salad, making the value for the money spot on. Our waitress was really hustling and was so friendly to our 3 year old. We will make Island Grill a staple going forward!

What a lovely little spot! So refreshing to find a great family owned seafood restaurant that didn't require a 2 hour wait or reservations made 2 weeks ago (on a Saturday night in April) The food was excellent and so was the service ! I had the Cape May Scallops and my husband had the seafood platter. The restaurant was busy and full but accommodated all of the guests. We had a beautiful window seat ❤

My girlfriend and I went to The Island Grille tonight for dinner. Addison was our server and she was absolutely amazing. She was so personable and attentive. Our food was amazing, we ate every last bite. Thank you Addison for making our dinner experience perfect!

A great place for a family dinner. Parents can get something “fancier” than a burger and kids can still get chicken tenders and fries. Our waitress Addison was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Appetizers and food came out quickly even though it was a BUSY Monday. Very reasonably priced for our group of 6.

Captain’s platter was great, the scallops were surprisingly well-cooked and good quality. Fish tacos were a hit too.

First of all, I just had the best wings I have had in years and it's not why I came here. All of our meals were great. The salmon-mushroom linguini was 🙌. Great kids meals which is part of the reason we were there.

Everything about this restaurant was great. The food was very good - nice portion sizes, cooked very well, and great taste. Good selection of fish on the menu, and it was fun having three different options on cooking and 6-7 options on seasoning for the fish. The Cesar salad was simple, but, unlike most restaurants, they put plenty of dressing on it. Most of my family went for the seafood: Mahi Mahi, Coconut Shrimp, Fluke, but the hamburgers looked pretty good too. Make sure you save room for dessert - my family said the Key Lime pie was one of the best they have had at a restaurant. The Resee's Peanut Butter pie was very good. Service was very friendly, fast, and they checked up on us. Atmosphere is typically not as important to me, but this was a quaint place - check out the amazing mural on the wall done by Bogy! Definitely a place you want to hit when in Ocean City.

A decent wait to be seated, but I can see why it's so popular. Well worth the wait! Food was expertly prepared and came out quickly. Huge shoutout to our server Madi for supremely friendly service. We are going back again very soon. Best steak ever!

Fantastic food and service. The cowboy ribeye was one of the best steaks I've ever had and my husband's scallops and shrimp were wonderful as well. Maddie was our sever and she was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Although there was a bit of a wait to be seated it was more than worth it.

A truly unique selection of food from burgers made of either Duck, Elk, or Yak to Ostrich Steak. I ordered the Elk burger which was delicious. My 7 year-old son preferred bit to his chicken fingers and my wife order the duck burger which she really enjoyed. Plus a Tuxedo Bomb which is like three layers of chocolate. Friendly staff and quiet location off the main thoroughfare.

Really enjoyed the crab imperial - it was big chunks of crab in basically butter vs the mayo version other places have. Baked potatoes were fresh. Great experience and glad they were open post Labor Day

Wow! We were referred to Island Grill and they did not disappoint! The Jamaican me Crazy salad was bomb, the steamed shrimp, fresh and wonderful, BBQ chicken with corn and pablanos was amazing and the Lobster Bisque was super yummy! We will visit again!!
