Mattress Firm Somers Point

Just today, I had a phenomenal experience buying a box spring from Mattress Firm, in Somers Point, NJ! Selena takes her job very seriously, and realizes the importance of good sleep. I found her to be not only extremely knowledgeable & thorough, but also a person with a great personality and people skills. She was very gracious with her time, and super helpful; I can recommend her and Mattress Firm l, without reservation, for all your bedding and sleep-related, furniture needs!

My mattress has a 10 year warranty which was purchased in 2015. Sent warranty information needed to Mattress Firm and was approved for a credit. Walked into the store and Ryan was very helpful in picking out a mattress. He explained the difference between mattresses and had me "try" each mattress to ensure comfort. No money needed and since this was under warranty, no delivery or exchange charges. Wouldn't think of anywhere else to purchase a mattress. Thanks for your help and expertise Ryan!

All around positive. Was met by Selena and she was very helpful and choosing what would be best for us and the price range that we wanted we didn’t have to haggle. The whole experience was great and Selena is really good at what she does.

Surprisingly painless shopping experience thanks to Selena who was so helpful, knowledgeable and focused on meeting our needs more than making her best sale. We came in not knowing exactly what we wanted but with an $800 budget, and we really believe she helped us find the best quality deal queen mattress without any hassle, in stock and delivered today (just 2 days later). Oh and guess what our total purchase was including tax and delivery? $799.66!

Irene left such a remarkable impression!! I purchased a bed I didn’t even know I needed! She was very informative with descriptions of the benefits of all the beds/frames/sheets. She worked within my budget range and offered different options for delivery/pick up at MY convenience. She seemed interested in making sure I was comfortable rather than her commission. My wife and I have been discussing updating our mattress with current technology and independently able to elevate head or feet. I thought I was knowledgeable and prepared, but the sales rep, Selena, took her time to update ME as well our mattress. After an hour or so, we walked away VERY pleased with a new extra long king (split twin) Tempur-Pedic and split frame to be delivered less than 2 weeks from now.
