AT&T Store

2/26/24 - I've been an AT&T customer for many years so when I needed to purchase a new phone I first visited my local AT&T store in Rio Grande, NJ. I found the staff not very helpful. I left the store without a purchase. I then found and called the New Road store. From the very moment Kailey answered the telephone she was very pleasant and helpful and I decided I wanted to do business with her - a drive 30 minutes from my local store. After talking with Kailey both over the phone and in person I was very happy that I decided to make the trek to the New Road store where I did make my purchase. My opinion is that the person answering a company's telephone and how they respond to the customer is the best representative a company can have - every company should have a Kailey in their employ.

The store manager, Kaley, provided exceptional assistance during my visit. She attentively listened to my requirements and preferences, meeting them with utmost professionalism. The process of upgrading to a new phone and watch was remarkably smooth and cost-effective. I extend my sincere gratitude for her outstanding service.

The store manager, Kaley, was extremely helpful and efficient at resolving an issue I had with a payment arrangement and restoring service so I could continue on my day. Five stars to her and the rest of the team at AT&T. Thank you.

My special thanks to Shane for helping me with my new phone. I lost my phone this young man helped me not only with new phone and all that intails to get it up and running but to call the place I thought I left my phone. Someone turned it in and they will keep it till I return from vacation. He really went above and beyond!!!! So impressed by this young man!!!! Thank you Shane.

I purchased a new iPhone 15. I am NOT a “techie”…I am not proficient in electronics…and I need HELP with these things !!! Fortunately…AT&T has TWO gentlemen who are proficient in electronics…and they graciously agteed to provide me with the technocal expertise I needed !!! THANKS TO AT&T…and Shane and Jared !!!

Anthony was super awesome today during the service outage here in south jeresey. He even helped me get a privacy that wasn’t available in any other store. He ordered for me. Great guy. None better.

With a packed store and people coming in and out all night, Shane was not only able to manage every customer that came in the store, but also showed exemplary customer service skills and made sure he did everything he could possibly do for every customer that came into the store. Shane was more than helpful getting my wife and I signed up on new phone plans and went above and beyond to help make sure we had a positive experience and answered all of our questions. Shane is a great guy and the store is lucky to have an employee that is willing to go the extra mile, no matter how busy the store or how late in the day. Thanks again Shane.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Shane. He was extremely helpful, professional and kind. I hope that AT&T and his managers recognize this young man. I went in all stressed out over a phone issue and left calm and happy! Great customer service Shane! Thanks again!

Shane was super patient and overall knowledgeable and helpful with my iPhone questions. In reality, all of my issues were Apple-related, not AT&T-related, but he helped me nonetheless. Grateful for his level of customer service. As someone in customer service myself, I appreciate it.

Shane treated me with respect and kindness as soon as I walked in the door trying to figure out a feature on my phone.
He also went the extra mile helping me to purchase a new case and worked out a discount.
After I left and tried to put my clip on the lovely case he sold me it didn't fit.
Returning to the store he happily helped me return my case because it wasn't working for what I needed.
If I owned a business today which I have in the past, he is the kind of person I would employ.

Went in to get a service and device upgrade, great customer service all the way around. The store manager Anthony Terry was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend him and this store!

Shane was the best. Pleasant, courtious, helpfull and especially knowledgeable. He activated two new phones for my wife and I. It took little time and he explained things as he went through the process. He never made me feel foolish about asking questions. We could not have done this without his help. We would reconmend ATT because of him.

Would highly recommend this store, and the store manager, Nick. We switched from sprint to AT&T and Nick was extremely helpful and very knowledge. The transition from sprint to At&T was made easy and mostly handled by him. Any questions, concerns or help I needed he was alway available. We have been a customer for just over a week and the cell service is outstanding. Thanks again for all your help.

Came into AT&T with my mom to switch over plans. Nick, an employee helped my mom and I tremendously. He was so helpful and did everything for us to get us going. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Had to get in a review for him so whenever you come in ask for Nick!!!

Had a very good experience at this location! Very nice and funny people working there and they took time and dedication to make sure I was taken care of… makes being an AT&T customer worth it

My simm card went bad right around Thanksgiving. I rushed to to the store at 9:00am. Nick was the best!! He got my phone up and running in no time. He is friendly, competent, and courteous. I would recommend this store and Nick to everyone.

Braden was amazing he had great customer service. I came in the store ready to leave the company. He was able to explain all.charges on my account. As sto some charges I was not aware of. He answered all questions. I had. Was able to tell me of the different promotions and ways to see money. I walked out the store extremely happy and even with a new phone. If you are ever in the somers point location for atnt Braden is your guy to see he will not leave anything unanswered and he is very knowledgeable

WOW...CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IT SHOULD BE! As mentioned in another review our recent experience flipped our prior opinion of going to the ATT Store. Thanks to Shane and Nick/Mgr we were not hit up with a hard sell or suffered a lengthy time in store for "new phone set up". Shane was first contact when I called to confirm if open during COVID-19 (they are with masks/social distancing). He was knowledgeable, courteous and upfront as to cost and best plan. All apps/contacts and photos were set up in my phone in no time. Next day I came in with my brother to get him a new flip phone and this time Nick/Mgr provided the same excellent experience. Both Shane and Nick offered assistance to answer any questions/problems with our new phones/plans. Well done and *thank you* !

Would highly recommend this store, and Shane in particular, for his helpful manner and knowledge of the products offered. He was able to find/delete the contents of my stolen iPhone and restore all files to my new phone that I thought were gone due to the phone being stolen. Appreciate it brother! Thanks again for all your help in recovering these files, can’t thank you enough!

We stopped by the Somers Point location yesterday to reset our code, but were greeted by a great staff that put cartoons on for my son and helped us setup our phones, put on screen protectors, etc but we didn’t even buy them from the store? We had ordered them online! They didn’t have to do anything for us really, but they worked on our account for like an hour! I won’t go anywhere else, this AT&T store has the best customer service!
