Didn't have the pair of shoes I was looking for but the staff was nice and the store was very well organized and clean.

I purchased a pair of Itsica winter boots on sale here a couple of months ago before snow. The second time i put them on one of the metal D rings for laces ripped right out of the fabric.
I no longer had the receipt but i had the box they did an even or more exchange for me. I ended up getting the same brand in the updated same style. instead of fabric the D-rings are now anchored in leather and and the boot itself seems to be a little wider so i was able to get my correct size. Setting that it's this year's model it was $10 more but at least i wasn't stuck with a bad boot and still needing to purchase another pair.

Great verity of shoes for the whole family, especially if on a budget. With top brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma and more.
