I went to Tilly’s today bought some dope kicks, the store was so fresh and so clean. The staff was very helpful when the card reader was having issues. Lily and Landon were sweet and very helpful. Definitely recommend stopping in!

There was one very specific item which I was wanting to purchase today as a gift for my best friend's birthday. There were only three available in store and only one was her size. As it turns out the one that is her size was being displayed on a mannequin. As I walked into the store one of the associates offered me a very warm greeting. This associate then kindly inquired of me if there was anything I could be assisted with. Somewhat reluctantly I made mention of the item being displayed on the mannequin. Without hesitation and without question she promptly acquired the item for me so that I could purchase it. I am very grateful for her courtesy and professionalism. Also, the young man responsible for operating the sales register was very courteous and professional as well.

I absolutely love this store! I currently work here as my first job and everyone I work with is super nice and respectful to me. The managers are so kind-hearted when you make a simple mistake, as they will teach you next time so you don't make that mistake again. Everyone is super friendly, and is always ready to work with there customers!

I had and amazing experience shopping at tillys for the first time the workers there super helpful with everything I had or wanted help with Shelby was greatly appreciated she was super helpful it was my best experience yet and I will be coming back

Don't know why there is a 1 star, this place is great! Friendly, helpful staff and amazing products! All my jeans come from here and I've never had a problem.

Ran in on my lunch hour and it went smoothly. Sure I had to wait a few minutes but it wasn't like they were standing around, they were helping others.

I bought a cool shirt and it was pretty cool AND ALSO the cashier dude was cool and nice too :)

Poor customer service. No one assisted us while shopping, multiple store associates were standing around gossiping about the manager in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Then when we went to checkout no one was at the counter and it took us having to go find someone to pay for our purchase.

If you ever thought about wanting to work here, don’t! Wish I could give this company 0 stars. If you want to work for a company that doesn’t care about the well being of their employees and is super selfish, then this is the place for you. Not to mention the unfit people they hire for store managers. There’s a reason why people don’t usually last for than a year here. Really disappointed in this place. Disappointment of a company in general.

Absolutely the worst customer service! "Manager" yells at my daughter for looking at a skate board. Lock them up if you don't want people to touch them.

No one said 'Hello". Matter in fact, Was anyone working there? I just don't know. Our daughter was ready to shop and buy something. Yet,No one came up to her. So, She's upset. That no one cared enough for her. So,We will not come back!!

Was not greeted when entering the store, was searching for assistance for shoe sizes and no one was around or available. All workers besides the busy cashier were in the back so I helped myself to get a shirt down from off the wall, and a worker came out and saw me and instead of offering to help he took the pole from me and walked away after getting upset with me.
Then I stood there waiting for help and a female worker came through and asked me if I needed help getting another size and I said yes please and told her my size but she kept walking away. Clearly they cared more about the fact that they closed in 10 minutes than helping me at all. If you're going to ask if I need help - follow through with it!

I’m leaving this review here because I honestly do not know what else to do. I’ve tried contacting the online customer service multiple times over the last few weeks regarding a skate rail I purchased from them that arrived damaged. I haven’t heard anything back and waited on the phone for over 15 minutes only to never talk to a real person. Terrible customer service. Don’t say emails are normally answered within 24 hours if you aren’t prepared to answer within a business week.

Not to be a Karen or anything, but the customer service was actually horrendous. Wasn't even greeted at the entrance, none of the workers help or said anything
