Express

As someone who has worked in customer service and, now, in Development for nonprofit's, I would like to think I know a thing or two about great service, intention and care when I experience it. While I have been into an Express a few times in my life, never any complaints, but a desire to one day own a snazzy suit-- yesterday, I definitely got one. However, that is not why I am writing a rave review. I am writing, because an employee, Rose, totally slayed the game when it came to customer care and service. I had questions for her and not once did it seem to phase her in helping me. She was kind-hearted, intentional and showed general interest in the people she was helping. That level of service ought to be the "Gold Standard" that people set for themselves. While maybe just a job to some, doesn't mean you can't "own it" like Rose. Thank you!

The employees at this Express store went above and beyond! My husband and I were in a time crunch on the way to a wedding and we went in to buy a dress shirt for him. We didn't think about the shirt being wrinkled, so the employees steamed it for him so he could wear it right out of the store!

My teenager wanted to go to Hot Topic. They only exist in malls. My phones locations assumed I went to Express, but to be honest, I thought that was an 80's thing. So, I CAN attest to the fact they were b!tchin and kept me looking "put together" after my "alternative, new wave" phase. I mean, mock turtle necks and jeans that folded down at the top with my braided belt, that fit my natural waist PERFECTLY. Y'all even gave me credit card. I probably still owe you for all the black tights and chunky necklaces I bought and never paid for. Credit score? Who knew!

So, five stars for still exsisting in a society that help shut down Toys R Us! Oh my goodness is The Limited still around?? I owe them for making me look smashing at job interviews. I did nail that job working the concession at the, wait for it, MALL United Artist Theatre! Although, the Rocky Horror Picture cult followers (official name) seemed waaaay cooler, so I started shopping at Wet 'n Wild and Contempo Casuals again. Keep up the good work. You make the Mall what it is! Oh, and the sushi in the food court, kinda rocks.
