Had a wonderful service/experience with two regular staff members and a customer service manager. We had an order that was sent incorrectly to our house, we were sent the wrong product. After figuring out how to do the refund, they then match the black Friday price for the correct sweater. 100% recommend going to this location.

Most of the time I find what I want, they also have very nice dressers. Excellent Customer service

Went here recently and bought a bunch of stuff. We went during the week, and it was extremely slow. Staff where very friendly and helpful checking prices for us. They were having a big sale with 70% off clearance, and I got a nice pair of boots for $10, a couple of dresses for $5 each, and some shirts about $3 each!

We came to the mall to play since the weather was cold. After coloring, she wanted to look at dresses. Didn't see anything in her size, so we made our way over to the make up. My five year old picked out a couple of items, and that made her happy. Courtney was fantastic talking to my little girl, and as a parent, I greatly appreciate anyone who takes time to treat her like a person, and not a child. We went back to get her name before we left so we could leave her a good review as she deserves recognition for her customer service. She continued to shine asking my daughter how her trip at the mall was. As a salesman and a parent, this speaks volumes to me. I will gladly continue to shop here.

Clean store with great service. I can always find something in the Levi’s section and good shirt area. Today was shoe day and found some nice ones.

They have a new make up place located in JC Penny. The young lady working was very helpful. I will be coming back.

Carlos was really nice. I bought a lot of pants the week prior and he went through my receipt to see if any items were on sale when I asked. Thanks, I’ll come back and shop here just because of him.

Good ole pennys, sales and clearance items galore

The check out clerk, Amy, was a delightful, pleasant lady willing to go the extra mile for Penny's. I was a little disappointed that I had to walk all around the store to find a fitting room. Although I do understand it is hard to find help willing to work now.

We unfortunately had a death in the family, and I had no shirt that was going to match and go with a tie. We were able to find my size and the color in the big and tall section, and the deal they had going on for buy-one-get-one was perfect. Two long sleeve shirts for $55!!! Unheard of! <3

Everyone that worked there was super nice!
They had all sizes out, everything was in its place, even tho there were lots of sales and clearances going on. Store was very clean and neat, and I thought it was pretty cool, each department seemed to have their own music playing, geared towards that age group. Ended up saving more than I spent, great sales!😁

I hope It continue being a store that lasts forever as for me I’m able to find what I need I appreciate their customer service

Very good service, my husband bought a couple of dress pants on line when he got them they didn't fit well took them back to the store to exchange them for a different size. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful got exactly what he needed.

Just wanted to say what a GREAT experience my husband and i had purchasing jewelry the other night while the tornado sirens were going off and we were all locked in the store! What made it really great was the wonderful person who helped us... Sandy in Jewelry. We looked at a ton of rings and finally found the perfect one. Sandy was so patient with me :) Then the tornado sirens went off and i got REALLY nervous. She was completely calm and helped keep me calm. She has amazing energy and a GREAT personality! She is a keeper! I will definitely be back and asking for her to help us! Thanks again Sandy... you ROCK :)

Salon is great. Shanna is very professional and very skilled stylist.

My fiancé is 6'6 so finding clothes that actually fit him is not easy. We were very happy/surprised with the selection that was available to him in the big and tall section. THANK YOU for actually having extended sizes available 😊
