Panera Bread

Hmm a rainy ugly cold day i cant help it but to stop here get a corner seat and have some soup and a sandwich mmm exspecially tomato & they nailed both. Ill admit its a hit or miss cause im always up for somthing new their cuban sandwich was terrible but the baguette melt was great had the chicken with pep i cleared my plate and my strawberry lemonade was perfect.Enjoy!

Nice experience, for a Saturday evening. I had the steak and white cheddar sandwich. Has horse radish which really compliments the sandwich. Only thing I recommend to the staff is to know the menu a little better. I wanted to get another soup they just were not to familiar with flavor profile.

Food is always good and fresh. You can take your time and are never rushed. Love that I can get refills on my tea.

A doordasher stole my food, and Rob the manager was so nice! I explained the situation to him and he called doordash for me, I was refunded and got my food for no cost. He was super polite and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. He deserves a nice raise! Honestly one of the nicest people I've met.

Food was good, but I have not been to a Panera in about 2 years. They do have self order and counter service. It was quiet when we got there but by the time we left it was quite busy, so self order would be a great option for some.

Staff here is awesome! Friendly. Helpful. Pleasant mannered. Patient. I'm in a power chair and it takes me longer to get/do what able-bodied people do. The staff here let's me do for myself so I have my autonomy (very important to handicapped persons) and NEVER make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them while they wait for me. Able-bodied patrons may not understand how important that is but anyone with a disability will. THANK YOU!

Oh, and for the management: yes, they offer to assist but accept it when I decline their offer and, more importantly, they don't just push ahead and just do for me like I'm a child. Kudos to you for your great example and good training.

My daughter loves Turkey bravo sandwich. This time, I picked up the food. It's nice to sit in and eat as well.

Came here over the weekend for an early breakfast before we head out for a family vacation and my two young daughter and one son demolished the sandwhiches like there was no tomorrow. The oatmeal was great according to my wife and so was the customer service from the Cashier and the young gentleman who served us the food.

Food was amazing! So fresh and was delicious! I love Panera and wish there more near my house but i will travel for such a great experience and amazing breakfast.

Always worth a visit. Ordering from the app is quick and easy.

Good food! We had egg white avocado and spinach bagels. No more Mickey Dee's for me. Lol

Location with nice and silent athmosphere. Excellent choice of bread (!!!), unusal for US. Seatings are really inviting to stay, WLAN very good and stable. Service competent and friedlich. Coffee tastes also fine! Menues offered very interesting, ist not easy to have a choice. Everywhere one hast the impression somebody had deep thought on design and offerings to enable well being for customers. This invites for longer stayings, not online for quick business to go. Felt very comfortable at this place.

The manager named Kristina was very rude to the worker named June. June was very nice with the customers and the service. I find it very unprofessional for Kristina to act like that

My wife suggested this after we test drove a new Hybrid Jeep Wrangler down the road. Typically I avoid places like this because I'm blue collar deep down and this place seems to classy. But I was wrong! It was such a pleasant experience! Plus sitting and waiting, the food came out at the perfect temperature to devour right away. And it was a good thing because we were starving!! The soup and Salad is what my Wife orders every time she comes here. Great broccoli soup, awesome salad and a fruit smoothie for the perfect fill up. Ask for the 2 choice!

The week day breakfast customer service is impeccable. I’m used to getting kids meal sized portions, and for once I regret ordering two sandwiches...! The dining area was clean, and the staff all appeared to be happy to be here. I took time to write this because the service was exceptional— thanks!

Easy ordering and rapid pick-up experience. I work at Cherry Hill Best Buy and my food is always ready by the time I walk over! The best mac and cheese and excellent vegetarian options. Customer service/attitude from the workers has room for improvement but not a big deal. Thanks, guys :)

Best customer experience ever!!

I ordered my lunch before I went into work and when it didn't show up, I called this Panera to see what was going on. Long story short, DoorDash was doing third-party delivery (or wasn't, more accurately) and cancelled my delivery but somehow "couldn't do anything for me", so I called back to this Panera. The same woman I talked to before, Callie I believe was her name, told me to hold tight and she would hash it out with DoorDash herself, but when they put her on hold for a few minutes, she told me she'd deliver it to my office herself and would throw in some extra treats! She showed up maybe ten minutes later and sure enough, there was my complete and correct order, still warm and bundled with treats!

Moral of the story - Callie deserves an award and a raise, and DoorDash customer service needs to get its act together!

April is wonderful! She was so kind to my friend and I when we visited this location. My friend commented that every time she comes to this Panera, April is always cleaning and kind and helpful! She really is an amazing employee and we felt she must be recognized for her positive attitude and customer service!! She is a light!
