I visited this location today. I was highly impressed by how attentive the staff was. The cashier waiting on the customer in front of me was super patient as the distracted customer kept running after her toddler. While I waited a manager, Kim, assisted me with a coupon question I had. Then, not only did she voluntarily take me to a different register to assure everything went smoothly with my transaction, she compensated me for my time since she was briefly called away to assist the cashier. Her customer service skills are impeccable. I really felt valued as a customer

Update: I had an emergency situation and needed assistance immediately. It was an unconventional situation since I lost my insurance and needed a voucher from the manufacturer. My hands were tied on completing the process and Rachel at the pharmacy went out of her way to get me what I needed. Her taking the time to do that literally saved my life. I am so grateful for her help and it is something that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Great store and employees. Has photo and pharmacy in store. There's an in store Labcorp that's very helpful. You can get vaccines at this site. Always check dates on their dairy products. The photo section has an area, so you can pick,scan,and order photos without an employee to help. You can order calendars, mugs,and other items with your photos on them. They don't have money orders but do have the Pay Near Me option. You scan a barcode from the person or business requesting money and pay at the register. This requires a valid ID as well as adding cash to cards.

I had to print out pictures on my lunch break for a bridal shower that I was in last weekend. Matt (I believe was his name) was extremely helpful in getting me started on the kiosk, without me even asking him! He showed me how to use the scanner and kiosk and my prints were done within 8 minutes! I couldn't believe it. Thank you for the great service!

The front end (non-pharmacy) portion of the store is run exceptionally well. The staff is helpful and friendly. I'm there so often, they address me by name.
They know the products I buy most often and try to assure they're in stock.
The merchandise mix is almost a small discount department store.
I'm no longer a pharmacy customer, some of my reasons are documented by other folks here. I found the pharmacy staff to be almost rude, making judgements usually reserved for the doctor. Fortunately my doctor was responsive and assured my needs were met. I've since transferred prescriptions to CVS, though I visit the Walgreen's front end at least five times per week.

Went here at 3 am in need of urgent medication for my poor puppy who was bleeding. Staff was not only friendly, but went out of their way to search the entire store for the exact product I needed. This is the only store in my area that is open this time of night... Comforting to know help is there any time I need it! Exceptional employees!

I called to ask about a last minute photo order that I should’ve ordered earlier. Dominic was very quick to help on the phone and again rushed to help in store. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and hard work, Dominic!

Great service in the pharmacy Dept. I forgot meds while traveling and they sorted me out in less than 5 minutes.
