I was born in 1984.. I would sneak out of school in the year 2000 at the turn of the century just to go be a REAL GEEK for the day. So glad this store made it!!! I and any business owner looking for the future needs to spend light years here because they will put you technologically light years AHEAD OF YOUR PEERS. If you take the time to read Everything...you will see the answers you've always sought. Be one for all and all for one. That is Best Buy. That is it's associates... That is it's culture. Zeyad the sales advisor in electronic went above and beyond for me today. I was looking for a tablet to start drawing my first children’s book without breaking the bank on purchasing a tablet. But I also wanted one that would have the functionality to draw amazing picture for the book while also working as a laptop as well if I needed it to. He showed me the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. It provided everything I needed for my book and the functionality of a laptop as well and was in my budget! He answered all of my questions and even showed me additional accessories that would help me in my children’s book journey. He was kind and extremely helpful! Overall if you need any help at all to make the right purchasing decisions ASK FOR ZEYAD!!!!! If I could give him more star I would. Give this man a promotion!

The manager took time to help me return the TV I originally chose based on an online review, and guided me toward an exchange that actually cost less and was easier to set up. He even took it out to my car!

Absolutely my favorite location. I've never once had a bad experience. I wanted to update this review since my recent experience was the best. Allison Elias and Angel Vargas went specifically above and beyond. Not only were they quick and efficient, but they truly tried to help.
Zach and Isaiah were very helpful as well too.

I was at the Best Buy in Cherry Hill yesterday. I was super excited about the President's Day Sales on several big ticket items I was looking to purchase. I want to give a special shout out to my sales representative, who goes by "A". I basically tackled him as he walked onto the floor from the back room because I was having a hard time finding someone who wasn't already helping other customers. He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about GoPros, TV's and computers. I bought one of each with his help. I'm very technically challenged, so always feel very overwhelmed when making purchases like this. He made it very easy!! Just wanted to give him some kudos. I hope Management sees this and gives him some recognition for a job well done!

The store employees were wonderful however the pompous customer i encountered not so much. The man that felt he could talk down to a women ( myself) because he was better then me. I called him out on hitting my truck in the parking lot and because of his nasty attitude called the police to do a report
