Central Taco and Tequila

Fun place to pop into! Can imagine they get pretty busy but on Monday night was very chill. The service was fast and the waitress attentive. Really enjoyed the house margaritas. The tuna bites were excellent and the spicy chicken tacos were fun! I’d definitely go back for the churros and the guacamole 🥑

My 1st time visiting here for a quick bit, who can resist the idea of tacos and margaritas? Not this girl! There is a limited selection menu, but all the basics plus a few surprises and drinks were great, very on point. My waitress, Ava, was very sweet and attentive. The food was good. Atmosphere was great they have outdoor seating also if you prefer, both in the front and back of the place. Overall, it was a good dining experience, and I will be going back again.

In our search to find a new Thursday night spot to replace the Mexican Food Factory we have been very happy with Central. They have good happy hour specials and we love the chicken fajitas.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! Every thing we had here was absolutely delicious. The tacos come in 2 per order and they are a little small, but I thought that was nice cause you get to try and bunch of different ones. We were able to find free street parking, but we went at an off time, so if it’s a busy time, I could see parking being an issue. My favorite tacos were the coconut shrimp, the crispy brussel sprouts, and short rib tacos! Dessert was also perfect- the inside of the churros was a chocolate that melted in your mouth. Will definitely be coming back here because wow!

I really loved the atmosphere and vibe at Central Taco and Tequila. The margaritas are the real star here, honestly the best I've had. The chicken dip and queso was really good. I got the fish tacos and wasn't a big fan, my waitress Alexis was really nice and let me order something else. The short rib tacos are absolutely perfect. So flavorful and should have been my first choice. I took my team here & everyone enjoyed the variety of tacos and drinks so it was a great lunch. It was a pleasure to dine at this establishment. We went around 2pm on a Friday and it was pretty occupied so our service was really fast and attentive.

Food was good. Had the empanada and street corn. Both were flavorful! Service was a bit slow but that’s expected on a Friday night.

Hands down the best tacos in the area. This place jams up with people so that should be your sign it’s good! Wait wasn’t bad and the food comes out fast for a restaurant that has that many people. I marked 3 stars on atmosphere because they had a DJ booth playing music so loud I had to yell to have a conversation. I’m not sure why the owner wants a DJ at a place like this but it ruined the atmosphere completely.

This is it! Found my go to spot for great Tequila and Taco. You can’t get better combinations. We were there on a Sunday and surprisingly they have happy hour from 1pm-6pm. Weekday Happy Hour 4pm-6pm. I ordered the jalapeño mezcal and it was the absolute best margarita I’ve ever had. The smoke flavor combine with spicy jalapeño is incredibly delicious. All orders of taco comes with 2 and they are all flavorful. There are plenty of outdoor seating and I would recommend going with groups of friends. It would add to the fun.

It was our 1st time at Central Taco and Tequila. We dined outside. I got the Carnitas Burrito without pico and extra guac with an ice tea. My meal was delicious. I'm so glad I ordered extra gauc.

I love Mexican, moved to marlton and trying all the places. This time it was central taco and tequila. It had a lot of reviews so I had really high hopes, how it turned out? Well, the food was good, I think the Brussel sprout tacos was my favorite thing, followed by the Mexican corn. The chicken burrito was good as well and not bad price wise(11$). Tacos are 6$ for 2 which isn't a bad deal but they're pretty small, so average person will need at least 4, if not 6 to get full. The salsa was the least favorite thing on the menu, and at 4$ I wouldn't get it again. I think that it should be complimentary like so many places do, especially if the wait time for food is long the time flies when you have something to snack on. I wouldnt mind paying those $4 but none of those 3 sides that the chips came with made me dig in for another one. We had margharitas and the best one was blueberry, followed by strawberry, central and the least amount of flavor was the blood orange. For 12$ they're on the expensive side and they're pretty small. My fiance had vegetable tacos and she said they weren't anything special. I appreciate their vegetarian menu. Price wise the food is spot on, especially in this economy

I think thing that all places should strive for is good salsa. I would recommend people try this place, but bear in mind what you order.

Oh and the service was really good, hard working people there.

My family and I dined together for dinner for the first time. The food was excellent, the nachos are one of the best I have eaten. The fish tacos were delicious a little spicy but not to the point it burned your palate. To top it off the desert skillet was the icing on the cake it was great food, music, drinks, and atmosphere.

First time here, but I've driven past at least 300 times because it's on my way home from work. I always have wanted to try this place because it is always HOPPING in the evenings when I passed it. Well I outsmarted the crowds today and lunch is the time to go! And it was a beautiful experience. The staff is very efficient and nice, not overbearing at all. Food is delightful and I'd say top notch quality. Lots of options for everyone, and obviously fresh.

My wife wanted to eat Mexican food, and since I saw that this place is always filled with people, I brought her here. Food was served very quickly. We ordered three tacos and a nacho. All of them were great. Fried Avocado taco was my favorite. It was slightly spicy but was amazingly good. Sprout Brussel taco was sweet. Brussel was also well cooked and soft. The shrimp coconut taco was also good.

Another fun evening.....we tried Central Taco & Tequila for the first time . We will be back.

Came here for their happy hour and everything was delicious - ordered the Coconut Shrimp Tacos and they were amazing! The churros with the chocolate sauce were my favorite part :) best churros i’ve ever had

Food was delicious, we had corn, Nachos and a burrito bowl. Washed down with a frozen Margherita. Everything was seasoned so well and delicious.

My only sad criticism is that the menu doesn't have quesadillas, and that's my usual go to dish to order!

What a perfect venue for a date night! We did get there before the rush so we avoided waiting for a table. It was a great experience with friendly staff and good food. We got a bunch of different things to try and give our palates a wide range of experiences. This place fills up fast and they do NOT take reservations, so plan accordingly. I'd love to try the outdoor seating in the summer time since tacos and margaritas in the fading summer sunlight sound like a great time!

I don’t know what is better, the food or the drinks?! Coconut margarita was the perfect sweet treat, thirst quencher. I also dabbled in the coconut tacos!
Can’t wait to go again and try something new.

Our new favorite place! Love the interior , the food is very tasty, and the service is never bad! Plus, it's not a loud place like almost every other restaurant around. It's nice to enjoy drinks and food without screaming across the table.
