Very helpful staff and friendly too. Only wish they had more people working because as youre talking to someone about something 3 other customers come up and interrupt since they cant find anyone. The ones that do work there are very helpful and patient. Checkout was fast and the employee was very nice.

Great store. Prices are comparable to sites like Amazon. They pretty much carry everything sports. I came in for some fishing supplies. Asked one of the guys there to help me out and get me started to basic rod and reel and some must haves for fishing. The guy was very helpful. Didn't push the most expensive stuff and really got me set up with everything I needed. I'd definitely come back to this store for more equipment.

I just want to give the bike tech “Chris” a big thank you for helping me pick the right bike. Not only was he very helpful, but knowledgeable as well. He taught me more than I knew. It was also almost time to leave when I arrived, and he took the initiative to make sure I had a welcoming experience. It’s not often that you find service like this. Rob helped me out a ton in the shoe department. My workout shoes have been 10 year veterans and I was looking to upgrade. I’ve been so out of the loop with the Know that Rob helped me pick out the perfect set of Brooks kicks that’ll get me to where I need to be.

My son and I were shopping for football accessories an a lawn chair. We had help throughout the store! Especially from Tiffany, who left her post behind the counter and helped me pick out the perfect Lawn chair! I had no idea what I was doing! I sat in the chairs until I picked one! She even helped me pick the color! She Complimented my son on his football season coming up! Amazing customer service! Super Kudos to you Tiffany! You were AMAZING!!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Wanted to personally thank Chris in the Bike Shop. Needed a user manual for a used power tower I got from Craigslist. I emailed corporate, called various locations. Finally I was referred to Chris and not only did he find a manual for my equipment, he had it shipped to my home so I didn't have to make a trip from North Philly to Cherry Hill on public trans. Awesome guy. Saved the day.

My first visit. They have a little bit of everything pertaining to sporting goods except I didn't see anything puma. It was nice experience. Lovely store!

so my kid needs her soccer stuff today.
We first stopped at Sports Authority only to be left out to dry. The only word they said to us was "sorry for blocking the door" as they worked on stocking a shelf. Never once did anyone ask to help us as we looked for cleats.
We left SA and went to Dick's.
from the second we walked in the staff was genuinely asking how they could help us.
Rick instantly put down what he was working on to help us with every item on our list.
From socks to cleats, to guards to the ball he was fantastic. Our family will never shop SA again. We love Dick's! Lol.

Went in there to find some gray socks for softball. Didn't find any knee highs. When I was about to leave, I decided to walk the store and found some nice crew socks in gray. They came through at the 11th hour when no other store could.

Stopped here to pick up some gear for the summertime for when I play basketball. Had some great deals.

This is the place I buy my child sports equipment from basketball, baseball and soccer. It offers a members card and great discount coupons. We bought most of our sneakers here and active ware. Worth a visit including their website.

We are new to fishing and Konstantinos was great in giving us advice and direction. Very friendly and supportive.
