Meadows Diner

The atmosphere at Meadows Diner is very friendly and welcoming. It has a large menu with a wide variety of food, including: burgers, low-calorie meals, all-day breakfast, a long list of desserts, and more. They also have a dessert display case that shows off all of the delicious looking cakes and pies that they serve. The staff was very friendly, as always, and the service was very fast. Our waitress was attentive and sweet, as well as the man at the register. My friend and I ordered a cup of the cream of potato soup, mozzarella sticks, and curly fries. All of it was delicious, and we were served in a short amount of time. This is such a cute and cozy diner, with nice retro decor, we will definitely be returning soon!

Meadows Diner is one of my all-time favorite diners in New Jersey. The diner itself is very clean and has a very cool exterior.

The food here is incredible. They do a great job with both their breakfast and lunches. Personally, I love that I can get hot Italian sausage with my breakfast. It's delicious. I also really enjoy their French onion soup. I've had a Monte Cristo once as well, and that was delicious too.

My partner usually gets a wrap, and he says that it's always delicious.

If you're looking for a diner in this area, look no further. This diner is truly the best.

Had not been here in many years since Nikki use to be our waitress and her mother was hostess manager who always made strawberry milkshake for my daughter.....fast forward we came in were promptly seated in back room which I was happy about less crowded, older lady seating us asked what we wanted to drink and said our server Jacob would be over in a minute. She brought our drinks and he promptly arrived, greeted us and answered our questions and took our order. Soup was hot and delicious and the bread was fresh and butter not melted and refrozen like many places recycle customers bread and butter. Food arrived hot, juicy, nice size portions reasonable prices. Jacob kept checking back on us, he was prompt to get refills and ask if we needed anything When came time for deserts our first two choices he came back and said manager said they were old and would not serve, A+ for honesty. Only problem was older man on register seemed to be unsure having problem with credit card... Everything was so good.

We came back again asked for Jacob but this time we were sat out front. Right from get go it seemed different, the older guy that had problem with credit card seemed to be a bother seating us, seemed unsure who was working what tables.

Jacob was prompt and friendly and food and service were great in fact my meal was filling which for me is a rarity. I did force myself to get desert because they looked so good and it was to die for and worth the price.

My complaints for second visit All stem from the other staff: first there were three Hispanic employees 2 females wearing masks under their chins (which makes you look like idiots) who seemed sick yet were not wearing masks properly and were wrapping the silverware and Spanish guy with mop all hanging out front jabbering in Spanish the whole time (this is very disrespectful in my opinion), and the other problem is the waitress who was constantly bitching and complaining about the time and 1 hr left and customers coming in before closing and about other employees that did something she didn't like.....I don't want to hear staff drama, see goofing off and I don't want to hear all this foreign jabbering this is America speak English!! When you do that you give the appearance that you are talking about people and or don't want them to know what you are saying. It's very shady and sneaky and good way to loose customers. Keep that nonsense in the back of the house!

We came with a part of 30... yes you hear that right 30 !!! They were the only place around that would accommodate us . They were nice , got our food out of time. Paying was supper easy and simple. And the good was really really good !

This is our second time here and we'll definitely be back. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it has a comfortable atmosphere. A stop at Meadows will be a tradition for us from now on when we're coming home from AC trips. I highly recommend it.

Awesome spot! I've been here a few times but forgot to tell everybody how great the food is here. Fantastic and friendly staff with a wonderful atmosphere. Do yourself a favor if you're ever in the neighborhood - drop in. You'll thank me later. P.S. try the Pumpkin Cheesecake 🎃 😋: Phenomenal!!

I've been going to the meadows diner for over 25 years. They were good back then and are even better now! They just brought on a couple of dynamite servers, which only adds to my feelings of eating like I was at home 🙂

This is by far my family's go to diner. Meadows is your typical old school diner by its appearance. It's easy to get to and normally has a lot of parking open. Service most of the time is great. Once in a blue moon I'll get a young waitress that's maybe not as friendly as the others. But regardless, they are always accommodating. You can also order to go, which is great. If you like eggs benedict, get the crabby benny. It's life changing. They also have really good french toast!

i came in with my kids and received great service from start to finish. our waitress, Maribella( i think), was the nicest waitress. she def deserves a huge shout out and thank you. her mother rang us up and was also extremely nice. the manager also helped with a late add on. get there early on Sunday, there was a wait by the time we left at 10:45am.

We went for lunch. This was my second time there. I had a panini and split pea soup. Both were delicious. Our server was sweet and courteous. We will definitely go back

One of the best Jersey diners! We've been coming here for years. The food is great, the service has always been wonderful, and the prices haven't changed drastically like so many other places have. They always make a delicious hot meal every time. Can't get enough of their chicken parm! Love the unique salad bar options too. Highly recommend this diner!

My husband and I love this diner! We've eaten here several times and it has been so satisfying each time. This past visit happened late late on Wednesday night. We arrived a little before midnight, knowing that they would be closing at 1, and were greeted so nicely right away. Our server Kristin was amaaaazing. She was patient and personable and made sure we were completely happy with our food. The portions were massive, so we had a lot of leftovers to bring home. We ordered the Rueben and the Chicken Parmesan, and both were very yummy. I also enjoyed some bean soup and salad with my meal. We capped dinner off with some delicious rainbow sherbet. Once again, Meadows Diner did not disappoint us!

Beautiful place with old timey feel. I had veal, husband had stuffed salmon, and uncle had baked ham. All delicious. A lot of each plate....plenty with a leftover container. Nice servers. Food hot. Fast service. We'll be back.

I should have taken a picture of the enormous chicken burger that was placed in front of me. Just wow! And it tasted so good. The service was fantastic. The food was quick and hot. Have to say it again, very tatsy. I'm so happy we picked The Meadows for lunch.

Classic diner. Beautiful outside & in. Great service. We've eaten here a few times over the years. We've never had an issue & food is great.

Been going to the meadows diners for many decades. This is hands down the best diner in New Jersey.

Not to mention that they have wonderful slices of cake for desert.
And a very nice salad bar which is free with a dinner.

I have often come just for the soup & salad bar and coffee. Not sure if that combo is still available but I wish it was.

Everything about the food here was delicious.
I got a western omelet and it was done to perfection. Tasted great and even the toast was great.
The staff were friendly and efficient. I never had to ask for anything.
The parking lot was full at 10:30AM, and it took me a few laps to get a spot that was opening up, but that and the ten minute wait was well worth it.
I'm coming back here.

Wow. That's the first words that come to mind when I think about this place. I've lived in blackwood for 3 years and always thought the place looked cool driving by so we finally tried it. I was absolutely amazed at the quality, taste, presentation of the food! You would never believe it was a diner. I got a cheese steak hoagie. It was MASSIVE. Absolutely delicious the best I've ever had honestly. It was presented like a 4 star restaurant. The French fries were crispy, seasoned well. I also got a side of their home made slaw and wow it was good! We also got an order of their huge French toast topped with fresh strawberries. Again. Super impressed the portion was huge, nicely displayed. Tasted like I just cooked it at home. The service was friendly and the bill was very affordable. I will deffinetly be going here again. It takes a lot to impress me at a restaurant anymore so many have become so Bland and focused on "ina and out". Not here. The meadows is gem guys!

Been eating here for years and always stop in when we fly into town now that we live on the other side of the country. Always busy but never have to wait for a seat. Terrific wait staff. Great prices and always tasty fresh food and large portions. Wife and sis had an omelette and I had an egg beaters Sammy served with diced ham, fried onions and green bell pepper.

Late night decision that ended up delightfully surprised. A real old time diner vibe. Very good service by Tiffany, beautiful smiles & personality. The food was fresh, delicious and generous in portions. We'll be back!
