I got my first car here. I rate this place 5 stars. The guy who help us ( Gerardo Rojas) was super nice, was making sure we knew every detail and didn’t hide anything. He took us through the process step by step making sure we understood everything. If you asked him about something, he would answer you right away. He made my first car experience a 5/5 . Would recommend to everyone. Go check them out

Emil had jumped on the project of helping me with a weather related car accident, in the midst of an extremely busy repair shop season. The suspension on my car had been destroyed and I thought the car would be totaled. Not only had he saved my car, he was extremely patient, caring, and diligent in the process while working with insurance to get my car fixed as quickly as possible. Absolutely love their work and highly recommend for the personal experience alone!

On 1/29/19 I was at E&M auto sales and was treated very well by Gerardo he made my car shopping experience one of the best I had even showed me a good cantina in Elgin (the tacos were awesome) but I’d just like to tell anyone who goes here very good customer service and I left in a Ford Escape would recommend anyone to shop here great place of business
