My wife and I have used the attorneys at Kelaher, Van Dyke & Moriarty for several years. Kathleen Moriarty was our attorney for multiple real estate transactions and we recently just finalized our will, living will, and estate planning documents with Peter Van Dyke. Both attorneys and associate paralegals were great! Highly professional, efficient, and affordable. Highly recommend!

We came upon Kelaher, Van Dyke and Moriarty at a time when my father's health was just starting to rapidly decline. This was obviously a tough time for my mother and I, between spending as much time as possible with Dad, and emotionally preparing for the inevitable, and the idea of dealing with red tape of estate planning etc., and/or finding a lawyer or firm that we trusted, was almost too much at the time. Upon our first meeting with Kathleen Moriarty, we were put at ease. She explained things perfectly, and answered any and all questions we had. We walked away from that first meeting with a solid knowledge of what to consider for the next moves. We did eventually work with Kathleen to prepare everything which was needed for estate planning, and she continued to be instructive, considerate and capable throughout. The added bonus was they also specialize in real estate. In the middle of it all, we had to sell the house my parents lived in for 53 years. All within one year, they have represented us for my parent's house sale, my house purchase, and currently selling my townhouse, which has not been smooth from the perspective of finding the right buyer, but is set to close mid-May. Connie is a rock star and has been with us every step of the way.....and I can truly say I don't know if we could have done it without her, Peter, Kathleen and the rest of the team!
