Lightz Up

Went to several local shops without finding any reasonable prices, quality, or knowledgeable employees. I finally arrived at Lightz Up as I was about to give up and finally found what I was looking for. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for and the cost for everything I got was extremely reasonable. Almost definitely the best shop in the area. I will definitely be coming back.

Such a great environment, the women that work there are super nice and knowledgeable! I had bought a battery that ended up not working and they gave me a new one after trying to trouble shoot what could be wrong with it. Super cute clothing too! Definitely recommend & will be coming back :)

this is the best smoke shop in the area !!! very customer friendly I had a issue with something I purchased totally my fault I picked the wrong size most smoke shops have a no nonsense no return policy , the woman here was very accommodating and helped me switch out the wrong piece for a correct fit !!! From now on this is my go to place !!

Great prices and the owner answers every question and is super accommodating! Really cares for the customers needs and tries to make suggestions without any pressure to buy. Veterans owned! Val was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. Went in for a product and it ended up not fitting, she let me exchange it and keep the old! She even gave us military discount. That was my 1st & 2nd time at the shop, and she has made a solid customer now based on her amazing customer service. Thanks again!

Welcoming and friendly people. I was in a rush last minute Christmas shopping and found what I was looking for right away and at a great price. Next time I'll take longer to look because they had a big selection with lots of variety.

Wonderful store with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff! Prices and selection are great and the owners were more than happy to answer any questions. Absolutely no pressure, no trying to up-sell, they just wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchases. I highly recommend this shop!

Love visiting Lightz Up. I watched this store grow in the last 2+ years I've been going there, and Marie goes above and beyond to answer any questions you might have and to make your shopping experience fun. She gets me the American Spirit tins and is very accommodating. Her partner Val is equally nice and I consider them both friends now.

Excellent shop! Lots of items, good prices, very nice owner, definitely the place to choose for smoking products even if it's a little further than another shop. You will get better service.

My favorite spot. Always a warm welcome as soon as you walk in from happy people. Val is amazing. Very very nice selection of everything. I love how you can get all supplies in one stop.

Everytime I go in there, no matter who helps me, the person behind the counter is always welcoming and helpful when you tell them what you need. They are knowledgeable about all of their product and care about their community by selling local handmade products by people in our own town. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends.

Buying my Kratom here was such a great experience. The store is beautiful and smells terrific, they have a huge variety of items and great product quality, and Marie & Val are so knowledgeable! The owner is unbelievable in every way. I've been going to her for awhile and never had bad customer service. She actually cares for her customers while other smoke shops do it for the money. Even wheb I've had a issue with piece, she tells me to bring it back. Gave me a free replacement. No where else I would go.

This smoke shop is the best smoke shop, and by far have the best prices. Their prices are fantastic and the girls that work there are so personable and know what they are talking about, it is a smoke shop that you have to visit. These people are so friendly, they let you browse freely, they don't breathe down your neck and let you just look around the store stress free. I'll come in not exactly sure what I need and they will make sure you find exactly what you need. Highly recommend this store.
