I had my mortgage refinanced with Oceanside Mortgage Company with Ray Vargas which he has been so helpful and can be easily reached even we are miles away and with different time zone. He accommodates our needs and give us a good deal. Explained well that we were able to understand about refinancing. On top of that he's a Filipino. Orchard Street Settlement works quickly in processing all documents. All these things happen remotely and no in person contact. In summary, i am so happy with the process.

Had a great experience with them during refinancing just couple weeks ago. They called beforehand multiple times to confirm a few things. The notary was very knowledgeable and organized. She went over every section and summarized them very nicely for us, which was so helpful. Finally, they also followed up afterwards to let us know how things are going. The closing was simple and straightforward. They assigned a field agent who was very responsive, they were able to update me twice to let me know she was running an hour late and then another 40 minutes behind that. The best part was no apology and the company left me on hold when I had a question about my wire. Good thing their mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. Hey they know you spent hours getting to this point so why try to make it up.

I'm impressed with the level of customer service I received. I had a complicated closing but they were very patient and flexible to help me get it completed, all while I was working remotely. They answered every call when I had a question and were professional and very helpful.

We used this title company when completing the closing of the re-fi on our home recently. They sent a notary to our home to complete the closing. They communicated quickly and clearly about what to expect and notified us of the notary's arrival date and time. She arrived promptly when scheduled, was dressed professionally and conducted the closing with friendliness and professionalism. It was fast, easy and so convenient to be able to meet with the notary in our home. Overall it was a great experience!
