Cherry Lane Child Care & Learning

Cherry Lane is an amazing learning center and has become such an important part of our lives. My daughter has been there for over 4 years and throughout her time there she has learned so much and been extremely well taken care of. The owners, office staff, and teachers always have the best interests of children at heart. They are positive, attentive, creative, kind, and knowledgeable about child development. Many have been there for years, which I value. When my daughter is at Cherry Lane I know she is safe, loved, active, and engaged in play and learning. Now that she is in the school-age before/after care program at Cherry Lane, I see that she was well-prepared for elementary school. She loves going to Cherry Lane every day and I cannot recommend Cherry Lane enough.

I switched my son to cherry lane preschool about a month ago and to say the least I am OVER THE MOON happy with this daycare. Cheri, the owner, is a total sweetheart, and always makes sure my son and I are taken care of. I can call to address any issues I have at anytime and to check on my son. The staff are all so sweet and caring and my son is happy. He has also grown in maturity and independence since starting here. The school is clean and very family oriented. I would never send my son anywhere else. Love it!

Amazing place, the level of care given to our child was fantastic. Our childs teachers Miss Camryn & Miss Lauren went above and beyond to care for and teach our child.

My husband and I used Cherry Lane for two of our children - one was in the infant room and one was in the toddler room. I could not recommend this daycare, the directors, and the teachers enough!!!! They really, genuinely cared for my children and my family. Jen, Cheri, Tori and all the others became like friends to me and took amazing care of the kids.

Unfortunately, we have relocated and it’s no longer convenient to travel to Cherry Lane. We chose to put our daughter in a different, more well known daycare that was closer to us - while I have no complaints at all with our new daycare, my husband and I say weekly that we miss our time at Cherry Lane.

I was shocked when I saw any bad reviews of this daycare, and I implore anyone looking for a great daycare to try Cherry Lane!! I have only wanted the very best for my kids, and this daycare is it.

I highly recommend Cherry Lane to anyone in the area who is looking for trustworthy, compassionate caregivers. The teachers are friendly and always willing to listen to any concerns that I’ve had, or special requests that I’ve made. Their patience and kindness have helped create a comfortable and safe place for my children. Overall, Cherry Lane has a welcoming family vibe, so if you like a more cold, corporate-type daycare provider, I don’t think this is the place for you.

And because her name was shared previously, I want to mention that I’ve gotten to know Jen quite well these last few years and it’s obvious that she cares for the children in her room on a personal level. She is super sweet and an absolute gem – Cherry Lane is lucky to have her! :)

We have has such a great experience with Cherry Lane, the owner & director are so understanding and helpful. The teachers have been great and make my kids excited to go to school. We also have food allergies and they have been excellent in how they handle it in the classroom. There have been 0 incidents in the last 4 years.

My son jahmar goes there I love it there my son is always dry never had a diaper rash nothing they give the best care I wouldn't send my son anywhere else I love the staff my son loves them hey call if anything I love this place to death

If I could give a no stars review I would. My child was fed someone else's breast milk, there were days where I was told all 4 bottles were eaten but yet I had 1 full bottle out of 4 that were sent in...come home! Other times I was told my child had 3 feedings but yet 2 full bottles came home out of 4! Let's also state that my child received a second degree burn on day 2, confirmed by the doctor. Cherry Lane said "it's friction from her binky". Really!?! No it was not, and I certainly didn't burn her. How about the bottle was over warmed in the slow cookers they use. After confronting the owner, I even mentioned I don't need any kind of retaliation so please be careful how you handle this situation and yet the retaliation was done. And in case anyone is wondering why I let her stay enrolled, I had the promise from Cheri herself that it would never happen again. It was the 2nd day!!!

And honestly how is it OK to have your own employee give a 5 star rating to boost your Google Rating - you work there, that's a conflict of interest.

Instead of going behind the parents back and making false reports and accusations you should confront them. Like I confronted the owner when my issues arouse with how my child was not cared for properly. It's called respect and this place has no respect and no class at all. Money hungry and they cover their own butts. It amazes me how I literally had the establishment make changes to policies, I have written proof, and yet we were treated this way. Then when we try to inquire as to who and why made the false accusations in the most calm and collective manner even after everything that happened the teachers explode!?!. Worst experience I have ever had.

And just because you had a great experience does not mean that the person/people who gave a bad review are scum, wrong or looking for a more cold, corporate type feel - if we wanted that for our child, Cherry Lane never would have been our pick. So Sam H, the next time you want to throw stones through social media when you know NOTHING about the situation...make your remarks public so everyone can see what you have to say, not just your "sweet" review, I'm referring to your sly comments you sent privately after your review. I have all the proof I need to update my post and prove to you and any other person who reads my review what you said and what I have been through at this establishment. Including texts, pictures and conversations with the owner herself.

If I could give 00000 stars that is what they deserve! DO NOT bring your children here. They do not CARE about the kids at all. They expel a 22 month old ( who has been with them as an infant full time) because they couldn't be bothered working with her. Which by the way has spent more time with them than at home. What does that tell you?? No other siblings at home either !! ALL they care about is taking your $$$$$ Very bad experience with them and absolutely NO professionalism AT ALL! Extremely lazy people that basically let the children do what they want. They certainly do not put any care or compassion for the kids and only look out for themselves. I could go on however for of the sake of your own children look elsewhere!! I'm sure the positive reviews are the employees themselves and not the public.

Watch out for these slippery shady care givers at this establishment. They will likely feed your baby another child's food regardless of labeling, wake your baby whenever they feel the need to change a diaper on their schedule NOT your own babies sleeping schedule . And finally they report NORMAL PEOPLE TO CPS WITHOUT WARNING OR REASON .... watch out for Jen with the voice of a leprechaun she's the true snake ! Parents BEWARE !!!!! spend your money wisely go to GODDARD where KIDS MATTER

And yes I couldn't agree more with Mrs R. If you have anything to say Sam H. SPEAK OPENLY !!! After all we're not the children in this situation so STOP ACTING LIKE ONE THANKS FOR READING!!!!
