Richard's Sub World & Deli

Spectacular! The shop was clean and the service was prompt and so polite. A young woman cut the meats and a young man put the veggies and shakers on. Both were polite and smiling, a rare thing now a days and so quick. Absolute gems!! Amazing quality sandwich piled HIGH with meat and toppings. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Will stop there anytime I’m in the area without question. Thank you so much!!

Really good subs, meats are cut paper thin. All ingredients are top quality. Ordered a half a sub , and it was a generous portion for the price. And just want to note that the lettuce, tomato ,and onion were crisp to taste. Excellent sub.

I’ve been going to this place when not originally started out as a Blimpies. Then it became Richards Sub world several years after. This is the best place for a Sub, very friendly staff, great thick subs! They don’t skimp on lunch meat. This establishment is a ICON of Bayville. The best sandwiches in Ocean County!

I don’t even live in the area anymore, but I thought about this place as I’m eating a subpar sub. Brings back so many memories when I was a kid in the early 2000’s. My dad and I would always come here and get a sub. The best ever!

These are the best subs in the area. Super fresh meat and bread. We’ve also used them for catering a few times and our guests were constantly impressed.

Great quality subs, and even better variety. This seems to be a family owned business because the chains have NOTHING over this place! Never had a bad meal here. Their homemade macaroni salad is great too. Plus, the folks who work here are always friendly & helpful.

This place is outstanding! Great subs (best around!), fantastic sandwiches (and even soup and chili), everything that goes with it, and really great service, always super friendly and efficient! Brooke, the friendly and hard-working owner, is a real pleasure to deal with! Don't go to the chains or some random pizza place for your subs and sandwiches, go here!

I have heard nothing but the best things about this place. My buddy told me he skipped his final exam to get a hold on one of these subs. Deli is super clean, workers are super friendly. The one and only regret I have was that I didn’t get an extra one for the drive home. Best subs in jersey, and it’s not even close, I am planning on flying up there from Texas just to get a bite of the chicken parm sub…5/5.

These subs are absolutely delicious. I’ve tried other places in the area and whenever I crave a really good sub it’s only Richard’s that I want.

Best sub place around. Big portions. Average prices. Fresh ingredients. Better than Jersey Mike's. Their store is a bit small, but that's really my only complaint. They are a classic deli, so feel free to go in and order meets, cheese's, potato salad, chips, ext. Family owned and operated.

It's the best sub place in ocean county, and I'd argue would be in the running for best in the state.

The Best Subs in New Jersey, quite possibly the whole tri-state area. Maybe the Entire World. The staff was amazing and the cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable. Great sub sandwich. Went to Jersey Mike's and after trying to order realized that I need to go to a real sub above. They have mozzarella and white american unlike Jersey Mike's. I think Jersey Mike's should take the Jersey out of their name, it's insulting. Sub World is a real sandwich. It's a sub, not a hoagie like Philly, not a hero like in NY, not a grinder like the mid west or New England, a sub sandwich from New Jersey.

This place is the best! We were SO happy to see them come back after the fire last year, and they stayed true to exactly who they are. The food is great, for a very reasonable price, and it's always served up with a smile. The perfect mom and pop deli for a fresh sandwich. They also sell Joe's Tea products which are the best :)
